I purchased my new scooter as my mobility has become extremely bad. I searched many websites comparing prices etc and found that Smart Mobility was very competitive and in fact saved me £300. From the initial conversation with Smart Mobility I found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered my scooter and had it approx 1 week later (due to bank holiday). I paid for an assisted delivery which meant I didn't have to do anything just listen to the Engineer (who was very friendly). I have been using my scooter quite regularly and find the independence it gives me is fabulous. Would recommend using Smart Mobility and purchasing this super, lightweight, folding scooter to anyone!

I write after my second order from Smart Scooters. Helpful knowledgeable contact, and a seamless service. And not only when ordering a product – repairs also organised easily, and with a very fair interpretation of the warranty.

I purchased my Supa Scoota Sport from Smart Mobility and found the service I got from Balba was second to none. Nothing was too much bother and he kept me informed throughout the transaction and even after delivery he made sure that the scooter was properly assembled with instructions over the phone.

Until I made my decision to buy I was on the phone to Balber asking questions for many days and sometimes more than once a day. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always given all the time I required with my enquiries. I have now made my purchase and the service, advice and help I have received is the best I have ever known. You will not go wrong if you buy here. This company really do go the 'extra mile' to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

The service was first class and Balba was so very helpful.
I had my Scooter delivered from England all the way to the Shetland Isles in 2 days.

A fantastic before and after care service . A very patient human being. Helped me and my dad sort out which was the best option for us and not the best for his own pocket. TGA Breeze S3. From the first contact I was welcomed as a valued customer.The purchase was pressure free,all details of scooter were explained in simple, friendly,understandable way. I was informed at every stage of manufacture and delivery and extremely grateful for the help to register with DVLA. Delivery was as promised, assembly and demonstration, perfect. I called Smart Mobility, for my father, finding them online knowing nothing about mobility scooters, Balba patiently listened to our requirements and his recommendation was perfect. We ordered the scooter which arrived within 2days with Balba keeping us informed at all times. I cannot recommend Balba and Smart Mobility enough and am quite sure their after sales service will continue if required to the same customer care service we have experienced. A breath of fresh air, finding a company that really does care.

Smart Mobility delivered a TGA Supersport mobility scooter to my 84 year old father. They provided an excellent service just 3 days after ordering. Making sure that he was able to use it straight away and sorting out all the licensing and insurance paperwork for him. He is delighted with the scooter and the service.

We first used Smart when my husband who is an amputee needed a new scooter, I found the TGA eclipse on the web site which he liked and spoke to Babal. From then on it was plain sailing. Babal is so nice to deal with, very polite but utterly professional and extremely efficient. We got an excellent deal, fast delivery and were very pleased with the scooter, all in all first class service.

We have just returned to Babal for a scooter for my Uncle who is 95 and lives with us, again we received excellent service and his new scooter as Babal said within days, my Uncle was most impressed!

Thank you once again, I hope the company rewards their staff for excellent service as Babal certainly delivers on all levels.

Balba was on hand to assist with my queries each time, and called to check all was running with my TGA Eclipse purchase. I can't recommend the company enough, a helpful resource for anyone in need of help with mobility equipment

Rang the company at 9.15 am with 2 queries on Wednesday 16th April, telephone answered promptly by Balber
I explained that I wanted to purchase a mobility scooter that had been advertised earlier in the month, at a price that had now increased, and also that I could not print off the VAT form.
Balber then offered it to me at the original price and explained what to do about the VAT form.
I then ordered the scooter and was asked when I would like it delivered. I said that next week would be fine and was given Next Wednesday as a delivery day.
However Balber rang me this morning ( Thursday) at 9.30 am and said it could be delivered today, if that was ok, So the delivery arrived this afternoon at approx. 3 pm.
The correspondence has been excellent all through, delivery very quick, the package was securely boxed and brought in by the driver ,Balber even followed up with what I had to do prior to my wife using the machine.
All in all a quick, easy and hassle free purchace
