Panels fitted quickly and efficiently. Staff helpful and polite, not pushy. Didn't pay until job complete. No issues.

Friendly, informative, well organised. Only took a couple of weeks from order to install. Solar Style sorted all the paperwork out. The install was quick, clean and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.

I changed internet companies had a problem equipment in the Attic keep saying an engineer's going to come out to repair it and sort it out but no we ever comes

The team that came to install the batteries for my solar panels were absolutely brilliant, they were friendly and polite. I couldn’t fault any of the lads, they kept me updated about what they were doing. They were very efficient and there was no mess when they finished. I was very happy with this service.

Following an issue with my solar, Jenny was really helpful and had the matter resolved quickly. Excellent communication throughout.

I originally raised my issue on the 8th of December 2022, 1 year and almost 3 months ago. Now you're probably thinking, "after all that time surely the issue was fixed."
You'd be wrong. It took them that amount of time to realise the manufacturer of my heating panels had gone out of business "many years ago."
What was they doing for a whole year and almost 3 months you ask. I'll explain.
I rang on the 8th of December 2022 to let them know some of my heating panels had stopped working. The receptionist , I assume it was jenny, then gave me some advice which had nothing to do with what I just said and hung up as I was trying to say that wasn't the issue.
I attempted to call them back each time I managed to get through to reception it would ring once and the call would be cancelled. Annoyed by this experience I wrote a review. Fairly soon afterwards Gordon posted a reply. Pretty calling me a liar, oh the irony. As apparently they didn't have any records of me calling.
That was resolved as a paper work issue on my part. I jumped through all their little hoops, Filling out what I needed to sending what needed to. Until we could finally get the ball moving. They asked for pictures of the heating system I had so they could work on getting a replacement. They knew which system I had 2 months into this experience, if there was a shred of competence in this company it should have ended there, but no. They decided to prolong it. 10 months go by. 10 months of me calling them, being told I'd get a call back. Which would never happen I would call back a few days later. They would asked for the same pictures I had sent previously. Just a constant cycle for 10 month.
Until. The year mark came, and I finally managed to get an appointment for a site visit. Which never happened. Somebody had made the executive decision to send all the engineers, every single one of them, to Scotland. The week there would be heavy snow. I managed to get a second that again never happened. This time knowbody knew why. It was a mystery, or maybe bs.
A month went by and I realised I had a lot more patients that I originally thought. So in order to try and encourage some urgency out of them. I decided to seek legal advise. I let them know and almost immediately was called by Jenny who put me though to one of these elusive engineers. Who asked me to describe my heating system. I described it very well. He hung up. A wave of relief rushed over as I thought "Yes. Progress has been made this day."
1 month later no more progress was made. I called solarstyle. Not realising I was about to be given the greatest news I had heard over the phone. It was something I always suspected. That they where completely incompetent and could not help with my heating.
You may wonder why was that greatest news. Well I no longer have to deal with this comedy show that is solarstyle uk. This disgrace of a company that rush to people when money is involved while leaving somebody without heating for over a year.
Throught this experience I felt giving you one star reviews was way to high, but after that incredible news you've earned that one star. Well done. Give yourself a pat on the back.
I realise this review was very long but so was my time dealing with this awful company.

If you require a modern, up to date company with good old fashioned customer care, then Solar Style is the one you want. You certainly get the three 'C's, (Commitment, Care and Consideration).
The thing that stood out for us, was the continued support from any member of staff you spoke to, they knew who you were and their help was invaluable. They have a brilliant team which comes through whenever you contact them, AND they call or email you back. Ten out of ten from us. They deserve the praise.

Already had solar panels and added batteries from Solar Style. Good service and installation by professionsl team and all seems to be working well.
Follow up enquiries from them appreciated rather than feeling totally forgotten.

From start to finish the service was excellent, salesmen was very professional and polite, the product was excellent and I’ve already seen a reduction in my bills

From the initial phone call the girl was very pleasant and informative then when the engineers done a site survey and took into account our opinions about where everything should go, when the team came to fit everything they were on site early and very polite and fast tidy workers and explained everything about the system and the app. No problems at all with the company from start to finish and would highly recommend

I had 2 different sales men both were very good explained everything to us and made sure we understood what they were on about .
when the fitters came they did an excellent job everyone was so polite and set everything we needed to our phones.

The cost and reviews were within my price bracket, the work was carries out by the team in a good way there were no problems there. Had difficult with the paperwork not arriving immediately. Everything else was fine.

About 6weeks ago my internet was upgraded to 5G and I lost contact with my performance reader. I contacted Solar style and Kerrie handed my problem to Jenny who arranged for an engineer to get in touch. He quickly decided that the 5G was the problem as the reader works on 2.4G. He dictated to me exactly what needed to be done and I followed his instructions to my Broadband supplier. The engineer, Wajid, gave me instructions that once the 2.4G had been established to give him a call at any time, even up to 9pm. Me, being completely ignorant of modern communications Wajid had the patience of Joab when dealing with me and sorted the problem out. To be honest, I got my granddaughter to come and speak with Wajid and between them the problem was sorted in less than fifteen minutes. What a grand person to deal with. During the time taken to sort the internet problems I was constantly reassured by Jenny and Kerrie that all was in hand and so it was. It`s great that this support is available especially as my reader problem was , if you like, self inflicted by myself in upgrading my broadband speed. I have had frequent contact from Solar style asking if all is well and that if I hit any problems then they have the team to deal with it. I feel that the friendly and efficient staff are a credit to the company, unlike some I have heard of. To date I have found Solar style to be a great company to deal with and their after sales support was superb Thanks go to Kerrie, Jenny and for the technical side, Wajid. He was knowledgeable, really polite and accommodating. I thoroughly recommend this company from installation through to after care. Well done.

We had one of your engineers Wadjid (sorry if we have spelt it wrong) call out to our house today to look at the invert and batteries. We would like to say what a very pleasant, helpful, knowledgable friendly person he was. Nothing was too much trouble. He is Credit to your company.

Arrived when they were scheduled to do the job. He removed the old battery install, then fitted the new Fox battery 10Kw install, he cleaned up and swept the floor , and then explained the system and downloaded the app to my phone, for future use. I highly recommend the standard of service given and recommend to anyone wanting a solar solution
