Ordered some heating components (@12pm 17.11.2024) that were urgently required. The delivery stated next working day, after waiting 3 working days I called and was told they would deliver the following day which also did not happen. Due to this 4 day delay I had to cancel my plumber who had been booked in for the work four weeks prior! I called again the following day and no answer, left a message and was lead to believe I would be contacted the following day, which surprisingly didn’t happen either! Called again on 22.11.2024 and was told they would deliver the following day. This time I also received an email confirming a Saturday delivery! Stupidly, I had taken this as gospel, and rebooked my plumber for Monday 25th Nov. The delivery has still not arrived!
I’ve tried calling to cancel my order so that I could have a refund, but no answer! I have now reported this to my bank to see if they can step to help! BE WARNED!!

Hi, sorry to hear this and having spoken our team there appears to be some confusion regarding the above. Our team spoke to you almost daily to explain that the couriers we use are outside of our control and with black friday and Christmas approaching they are slower than usual. We apologise for these delays but unfortuntaley no one can absolutely GUARANTEE next day delivery. Every time you have called the team have answered or called you back, therefore the last paragraph is simply unfounded.
We will call you again this morning in an attempt to resolve this as we do pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service. If this cant be met we will of course cancel and refund the order

Prompt quotes and re quotes, I had four in total, each was returned within 24hrs (sometimes even sooner).
The quotes were itemised and drawing of the pipe layout provided each time. To add to the awesomeness the price was fantastic, much lower than other companies that quoted.
The delivery came on the day and date specified. 👍👍

Could be better
Sole Heat were very responsive when I first contacted them. Supplied clear drawings. However, when I received the order, I noticed they had not supplied a blending valve with the manifold - even though I had told them that the heat source is a gas boiler. I had to source the blending valve eisewhere because Sole Heat were unable to deliver in the time frame required.
Also (and this is more of a manufacturer issue), the Prowarm spreader plates would not lie completely flat once installed. The pipe would spring up slightly under tension along all end loops. I had to use lots of extra fixings to achieve a flat enough finish that would work well with my floating engineered floor without clicking as you walk on it - though the floor is still left with some bounce.
I am mentioning this here because as the supplier, I expected Sole Heat to be aware of this issue.

Sorry to hear you did not feel our service was upto 5*. Unfortunatley the standard kits do not come with a blending valve as most installers prefer to spec their own - if specified we can always add to a system, it was just a shame that the timeframe did not allow us to supply within your tight timeframe.
With regards to the panels, this was mentioned with the supplier who offered to exchange therefore it was out of our control and the first issue we have had with 1000s of these sold previously.
Once again apologies we couldnt deliver you our expected 5* service
