Speedy delivery and great online…
Speedy delivery and great online communication in terms of delivery tracking. The Soleheat team helped with some installation queries for an underfloor heating install. We had some problems with a faulty Salus thermostat & controller, but the team handled the return and refund process promptly.

friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, during the planning stage they made 3 plans for our underfloor heating project and we unfortunately had a 9 month delay in buying our property with no hassle from soleheat, can't wait until winter to see how toasty our new house will be, great kit, great prices and great people, thanks.
