Loved this black heart with the black printed lyrics to my favourite Cat Stevens song. Good quality and arrived early. I have it displayed in my kitchen and I can read the lyrics as I do the washing up and I can feel nostalgic, sad and happy, all at the same time! Absolutely love this item.

I ordered a personalised vinyl square and paid for 1-2 day delivery for it to arrive on the Wednesday, with my friends wedding being on Saturday (who the gift was for). My order came and it was cracked on the corner so I sent an email with pictures and by Thursday I had a reply to say that they had sent me out a new one on next day DPD delivery and it arrived Friday morning! Amazing customer service and the product is absolutely stunning.

Fantastic staff and an anazing product, had an issue with delivery not their fault it was DPD (Don't Pissing Deliver), shock. But spoke with Victoria who got it sent straight back out for me and was an absolute delight to deal with.
