Through no fault of their own, my item went astray (royal mail)i contacted them,,Victoria took control and despatched me another copy immediately, no quibbles, good old fashioned customer care,,well done,,would recommend and will use again,

It is my first year anniversary and it’s paper you get, so for my wife I got a picture of my wife and stepdaughter on it, first dance on it which made my wife happy.
I would really recommend you choose this company 5 stars for us

Often things can go awry. This company ( especially Victoria) have gone above and beyond to help when none of it was an error caused by their operation .
They reply promptly , courteously and are super efficient in their actions .
This in order value was pretty small yet that has no measure on the outstanding service - I cannot recommend them more highly

I ordered the first dance record, for my son and daughter in laws first anniversary, I ordered it to be put in a oak frame, I was over the moon with the quality, the service from songlyricprints was really excellent, id definitely recommend them, and I'll be ordering more as was a lovely gift, son and wife loved it ❤️
