SoSatsuma Reviews

I’ve shopped with SoSatsuma for years - firstly when she just did knitted wool items like hats and scarves, and more recently with her clothing range.

Every item I’ve received has been really well packaged and cared for - it used to come in signature orange mailer bags but now comes in more eco-friendly paper mailers. The items inside are wrapped and you do get a receipt inside.

I’ve only had 1 issue with an order ever over my many years of buying from her - when I was sent the wrong skirt - however Clem quickly sorted the issue - sending out the correct skirt while I returned the original.

Clem is also the kindest and most genuine seller I’ve seen, going out her way to be true to her customers and her brand, as well as open and honest.

The clothes are also super comfortable and well made, and generally true to size. Most items are just 1 size, so depending on your body shape can vary from pictures, but Clem is honest about this and does her best to advice on what will work for you, and there is an official Facebook group where members often share photos or recommendations on fitting.

Love SoSatsuma overall and hope to continue shopping with Clem for many years more!

I am new to Sosatsuma, I love the items I have bought. My husband looks at the site and asks me which piece of clothing I would like next. Never done that before. Love the quality and look of the clothing.

I adore SoSatsuma!
I have been buying from SoSatsuma for about 8 months now and wow what a gem I have found. Comfortable, beautiful clothes with a quirk and style flash thrown in.
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and your confidence will soar. SoSatsuma clothes do that.
Fabulous clothes, fabulous customer service and fabulous looks!

Great clothes, a bit quirky, very reasonably priced. Clem also produces the most lovely reels to promote new additions! Highly recommended!

Everything beautifully packaged and exactly as Clem described. Love the quirkiness of her style. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

I bought my fussy 14 year old a black hoodie from SoSatsuma. It’s made from quality material, and washes so well. It’s always a gamble buying clothes for a teenager but my daughter loves it and has been living in it since I gave it to her! Thanks Clem!

First time buying from this company and I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase! Quirky and affordable… and really good quality. Beautifully packaged and when I emailed a question I received a personal reply almost immediately. I cannot recommend enough and will most certainly be purchasing from them again.

I made my first purchase from Sosatsuma in September 2025, I was immediately hooked. Fabulous clothes, fabulous service, a real personal touch, I would give 10 stars if I could! Clem, the sole owner, is helpful, caring & lovely to deal with. Sometimes parcels may take a while, but it’s because of waiting for stock. I have made A LOT of purchases, & will continue to do so. Be quirky, be different, be Sosatsuma!

My daughter suggested I might like the clothes. She was right! Some of the designs are a bit off the wall - so nice to see something different for a change. A lovely personal service. Absolutely love the items I’ve ordered from her. Will definitely buy again. Thank you Clem! X

Delighted with this company. Item came three days after I’d ordered it, nicely packaged in a thick sturdy brown bag, inside it was wrapped in tissue with a fancy sticker tape. Absolutely loved the top, great quality and exactly as pictured on website. It was a first time order and I will most definitely be ordering from them again. Very happy indeed.

Addicted to the clothes from So satsuma, quirky, stylish and oh so comfy. Great comms and speedy delivery from the team. Have made the cross fit jumper my whole personality! 🖤

I ordered 3 items from Clementine. I needed them in a hurry and asked if the order could be expedited. This was not a problem and at no extra cost Clementine posted them at a higher postage rate. Clementine, thank you so much. The clothes are fabulous and I am delighted. I have and will continue to recommend you. The range of clothes is beautiful and if my top, vest and skirt are anything to go by, the quality is wonderful.
Thank you again Clementine x
