Brilliant experience. Not only did I get the best deal for our stay through Spa Breaks their customer service to get it booked and arranged was amazing. Sophie I particularly was so helpful, professional and efficient in helping me fix a payment issue. Will 100% use spa breaks again!

I did the whole thing over WhatsApp Jessica (Hack) who did my booking for me was AMAZINGLY helpful and patient. I had had a surfed around and this was definitely the best deal.

I had an unused credit note which I was having issue booking my spa date. I called Spabreaks and spoke with Sophie, whom from the start was very polite, patient and understanding to my needs. She followed up on a regular basis where I needed to submit some information and in the interim was very patient. A massive thanks to Sophie for an exceptional service.

I use SpaBreaks regularly and always have had a wonderful experience. This booking has also been excellent and also exceptional! I accidentally booked the wrong date and Bianka was responsive and on the case straightaway after I reached out, and it was all corrected within 48 Hours (because the venue took a little longer to confirm the amendment). Bianka was supportive and so helpful, and I really appreciate the support, and she is definitely a problem solver!

Her understanding and willingness to help made a real difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.

Went to use my voucher to book a spa day at the Chewton Glen to find it couldn't be booked at the weekend even though I'd paid extra to allow it.
Called Spa breaks and Sophie sorted this all out and booked it over the phone allowing the Fri we wanted.
Still unsure why the website won't allow it when you specifically pay extra for fri-sun.
Great customer service from Sophie to resolve the issue. Thanks

The location and facilities are fantastic. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We booked for a overnight stay, with an evening meal, 50min treatment and breakfast.
Reason I gave it a 4* rating it because of the filter grille around the swimming pool had green algea on it. The floor was pretty dirty.
I wasn't really impressed with the massage. It was like the oil was just smoothed over my back, there was no or hardly any pressure. It included facial too.
Other than the above, the stay was really nice. Food was amazing.

Charlotte was very helpful as I was unable to find the spa day which my voucher was for, she took my voucher number and called the venue to see if they would honour it, Charlotte didn’t get an answer but told me she would keep trying and get back to me via email. She did and had booked my spa day for me for the date I wanted.

We booked a spa stay at The Voco hotel Reading it was INCREDIBLE!
For a overnight stay, treatment, dinner and breakfast all for under £100! And the hotel was awesome!
Couldn't fault them. They couldn't do enough for us. We haven't stayed at such a friendly hotel in years.
