Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. I booked a spa day yesterday using a loyalty voucher and I wanted to book another one today with my new loyalty voucher generated from yesterdays booking. When it hadn't come through after 24 hours, I went on the online chat and was fortunate enough to be connected to Charlotte.
I don't have time to sit on the phone so an online chat is my go to. And they are often a struggle. It was an absolute joy to get Charlotte on the other end of the chat today who not only booked my spa break and added the discount but matched my energy and positivity. I loved the fact she humanised herself, no jargon and it was just a great experience.
At the end of the chat, she gave me her direct email address for future contact. And I WILL be contacting her! Awesome customer service! Thank you Charlotte

Where do I begin? I was searching online for a great spa deal when I came across SpaBreaks. I was trying to book the Sunday Reset package, and although the rooms appeared available, the price was incorrectly showing as £1,000. This nearly caused me to miss out on the deal entirely, especially as a friend had previously booked through you several times and highly recommended it.
The following day, I checked the website again and noticed the pricing had returned to normal (well correct). I immediately began the booking process, but suddenly the eight available rooms for the Sunday Reset package had disappeared - Deluxe, balcony etc so I missed out, even though they were showing 10 minutes before.
Naturally, I felt a little stressed and disappointed, thinking I had missed out. However, it became clear there was an issue with the booking system, as the booking would still proceed but only with twin beds, which was not what I had selected. Every other package continued to show room availability, including spa treatments. I even contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed availability, although it still wasn’t appearing correctly on the website.
Thankfully, I was connected with Charlotte via the online chat and later called back specifically asking to speak with her. I cannot praise her enough. She listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, and took the initiative to check directly with the hotel regarding the apparent glitch. Thanks to her help, I was able to successfully book the Sunday Reset package and save my planned weekend away.
I’m absolutely over the moon and wanted to ensure Charlotte’s manager is aware of the exceptional level of service she provided. She is a genuinely empathetic, professional, and dedicated member of your customer service team, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for her hard work.
This experience has left a very positive impression, and I will definitely be booking through SpaBreaks again in the future. In fact, I had already recommended your service to 10 other people just a few weeks ago.

Couldn't find my voucher code, called the helpline and booking was found by Sophie who proceeded to book the requested spa and sent confirmation within minutes. Simple, stress free process.

Booked a spa weekend for my birthday...
They cancelled 3 days before, no alternative given.
So short notice both myself and my partner couldn't cancel our leave so we took 2 days off for nothing.
Then wouldn't give a reasonable voucher to apologise for the complete mess they made.
Also its now been 17 days since they cancelled and despite requesting a refund there is no refund in sight and I'm going to have to appeal it through the bank.
I will never book through them again and I'd urge everyone to take my warning.
