A family emergency came up and I had to cancel, I wasn’t interested in credit and wanted a refund to use for the issue at hand. Vouchers are non-refundable, no exceptions. So that money’s gone down the drain simply because of a strange policy.

Absolutely disgusted with this company I bought my partner a spa break for mother's day on a deal at the time and added my daughter to go along with her and keep her company, it could be used anytime within a year i think? We my daughter went to add my daughter in-law to go with them and when she's gone to pay they've said the price has gone up on the original deal I paid for so she has to pay more for themselves too? What happened to contracts these just make it up as they go along, I won't be using them again.

I called spa breaks after booking a gift voucher for myself and my wife to do the sunset experience at Celtic Manor.
When going to book online via spabreaks website the experience was no longer there. Sophie took the call and was efficient and attentive and took the voucher details from me and then contacted the spa to arrange the booking for my desired date and time. She the called me back within 30 minutes which is usually unheard of from most companies when they say they will call you back and confirmed that all had been booked.

Second time a booking has been cancelled due to poor communication with venues and money refund will be delayed. Poor unreachable customer service. Trip away in 48 hours and now unlikely to be able to find somewhere of acceptable price. Will not book again. Please be warned of this issue before booking

I booked my spa experience for my mum’s hen do through Spa Breaks and spoke to a lovely girl called Sophie via the WhatsApp service. It was so easy to do and I managed to give all my preferences and get it booked super quick! Planning a hen do is stressful but this part has been a walk in the park.
All confirmation and booking details came through email quickly, and when I was having trouble with my card when trying to pay I simply gave them a call and they helped as much as they could their end which was great!
I will definitely be using them again, thank you so much!
