I received an email stating your package has been delivered. I checked outside for the package, not there. I checked to see where it was delivered. From the picture they took It was delivered to the wrong building lying on the ground. I went around there and the package was not there. I reside in a complex. This is the second time this happened with this company. The first time a good person bought my package to me. Not this time. Just this weekend a package from Speedx was delivered to this building. Wrong building.. I took this package and gave it to the rightful owner. I have never had a problem receiving my packages from Shein. USPS no problems, UPS, no problems. I don't know if they are stealing or cheaper. I will not be ordering anything from Shein as long as Speedx is bringing my packages. I did receive my refund, however what I ordered I really wanted it for my Birthday, which is Friday. I will not reorder, because I won't get it. I am so done with this bootleg delivery company. They should make the delivery person liable for their incompetence.

Speedx is the worst company that shein could have to deliver their packages. This is the 3rd time that i order from shein and this happens. They left my package in my building lobby where it was stolen by the time I could get to it. This company needs to be trained and held responsible for their actions. They are irresponsible, inconsiderate. and unreliable company!!! You can’t even contact their customer support to speak to someone. They need to be removed from shipping to any place.
SCAM !!!! If i could give them 0 Stars i would !

I had two packages stolen because of the incompetence of the delivery of SpeedX. The first package left in plain sight under the mailboxes in the lobby instead of the designated package area. So I reordered the same items but this time to go to my local post office Gopost box and guess what it was thrown on the floor in front of the P.O. boxes in plain sight of the public coming in and out and not given to the window clerk to be put into my Gopost box, and it was stolen. SpeedX delivery personnel needs training. Lousy Service 👎🏾

Worst experience ever! I live in the 2nd floor of an apartment building, the driver was lazy enough not to leave it at my door (which has a ring camera) and left it in the lobby. Not even 20 mins passed and the package was gone and I have to wait 48hrs to Claim it!!!

Speedex left my package in some weird alley behind my apartment complex. No attempts were made to access the building, nor did they bother to contact me regarding the delivery. Regrettably, I suspect that my package may have been stolen, but after browsing through other customers' complaints, it appears that this courier service might have taken it. If She In continues to use this unreliable courier service, I won't be making any more purchases from them.

Made an order with Shein on 22nd Sept . and they used SpeedX to ship my package. My package was marked delivered but i never received it. Tried contacting SpeedX concerning my package and couldn't get on to them via calls. They took their own time to reply (4 days later) and when they did they told me basically that after they dropped off my package to the wrong address it wasn't their problem anymore. I have to contact Shein to fix my issues. Luckily, Shein is a good company and reshipped my item.
SpeedX is the WORST courier ever. Do not use them. DO NOT. They are so lucky I had to put a star or else they'd get none. Damn fraud

There is your driver in Aizawl Mizoram with his name as I know was ALBERT (I don't know his full name) but he is a theif, we were alone in the room (myself and him no one was there anymore), I trust him as he was my neighbour's close relative like grandson, yeah he break my trust and stole my things, the facts ia that when ever he get a chances to do he will surely donitnahqin again. So I warner you to becareful now and the future.

I wish I could give it 0 Stars. First, I get an email that SpeedX could not deliver as incorrect address-Nope it was 100% correct. Then I get 2nd email saying it was delivered- The left it outside the building not in a safe place so any passerby can just pick it up!? that's why I gave you my floor/suite number. So where is my order then? I will no longer do business with Shein until they get a reliable delivery service. This is the 2nd time they have had an unacceptable delivery. Last time I just lost my money- Who are these people? I get my StichFix, Amazon and even Temu delivered here all the time no problem. Get a grip SpeedX you have 90% 1 star reviews-I let Shein know as well. I'm done here.

I placed an order on 04 July 2023 to be delivered via speedex but never arrived. You can not get them on the phone, they do not reply on your emails.

I had placed an order from SHEIN and the driver left my package outside my 16 story building where anyone can grab it.

My package is now MIA! Tried to get in contact with customer support, there’s no phone number & when I send them a message on their site NO ONE responses! This delivery service is a joke… do better

These drivers are horrible, they threw packages from street to front porch which my husband heard hit the door. The next day I looked in front yard and found another box. Where did you find these delivery drivers??

I sent a small box of probiotics from Athens to corfu to my 92 year old mother who is confined on a wheel chair. I have thus asked specifically for delivery in specific hours when the carer is with her and thus someone could open the door. It is worth mentioning that courier service was pre paid. The parcel took 1 week to arrive in Corfu and I received an sms that it will be delivered in unofficial hours. I called immediately the Corfu office only to get an extremely rude and lazy woman saying that she is the one who chooses the delivery times!!!
I explained in a polite manner the reason I wanted the delivery on specific hours, but she continued being unhelpful and very rude. I contacted the head office in Athens for complaints and the telephonist was also the customer service person and told she will deal with this but I do not think she did anything.
I received another sms from Speedex saying they would deliver again during unofficial hours!!! As they tried to deliver and found nobody at home which is a Huge lie cause I paid extra my mother's helper to stay for more hours with her in order to get the parcel!
I finally paid for another courier service to collect my parcel from speedex Corfu and take it to my destination.

They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called their support number it was automated telling me to file a claim on their website... the chat support on their website was "offline" (at 12PM on a Monday? Ok) and they never replied to my email. Scam company, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I advise everyone else here to do so as well, as that's the only way they'll really listen.

SPEEDEX ON RHODES.. TRY TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a trampoline from Shopmore,gr on the 6/9/2023 the parcel have been sent the same day (very good service). We are now 14/9/2023!!!! And the trampoline is STILL not here! Although it is on the island since Monday 12.00!!

I already spoke with SPEEDEX they tell me after Wednesday so that can be anytime..These people are immune for complains.. they don't seem to care..

I find it a shame for the company where I bought my trampoline, who is obviously trying to give quick service, that a company like SPEED(?)EX is ruining it for them....

For me next time I will try to buy my articles with a company who doesn't work with speedex as they are not giving any service here on Rhodes. They say it's the fault of the ship etc.. blabla but actually they have no truck to delivery big parcels! So imagine.. the parcel is here on Rhodes since Monday 11/9, we are now Thursday 14/9 now and still nothing.

Better use use another company if you live on Rhodes. ACS is doing a good job here on the island.island.. they keep you informed via Viber and Geniki Tachidromiki are very effective.. but SPEEDEX is really going to make big damage for you here on Rhodes.

Horrible service, I already loss severe package with this company , everything time I order from SHEIN , I never received my packege , because Speed X decide to leave my package in the lobby for any one who wanted to take it

Horrible service. The laziest people get hired here. They leave your packages anywhere !! Pathetic workers stealing packages and leaving them outside so other people can steal it. Evil employees. Fire them all and stop forcing this company on us.

I'm so upset at speedx, and shein at this point I will never order from shein. I explained to them that this company was lying stating that they were trying to deliver my package & all of a sudden they have a fake photo of some porch with no number, claiming to have delivered my package today & 5:40 pm when the time now is 3:22pm I'm so upset & hurt seeing how my 3yr old that starts pre-K tomorrow 8/29/23 and her whole school uniforms/ bookbag, etc was in that package. Shein will not listen to my argument & actually disconnected my chat as I was still trying to voice my concerns after reading the reviews regarding speedx now I have been complaining since 8/22/23 since they claimed the first attempt. Please be aware as I think shein is down with this scheme also. This has never happened to me & I order from shein all the time, but I'm done.
Update: my husband found my package on someone elses porch down the street I'm 117 & they delivered it to 83.. Still upset with this fraud company

I wanted to give a negative rating but sadly thats not possible. Horrible and worst service by speedX. I ordered some items from Shein and my address is super accurate, easy to find, my contact info is there, but nobody called, and I know they didn't even attempt a delivery and now my package is "undeliverable" and returned to some "facility"!! There's no way to contact them, nobody responds. I'm helpless.

Speed X is a complete scam. After 3 packages never made it to me I will no longer be a loyal/frequent customer of Shein until they fire them. Never had this issue when they used USPS. Speed X will either lose your package, or provide fake proof of delivery photos that aren't your actual address. Customer service is terrible, very shady business.
