This company has low life scammers operating within their company, i booked a flight for my nephew to come to the UK from Sri Lanka ,I paid £1300 , he arrived at the airport to be told he couldn't board the flight due to the wrong airline ticket number , ( how embarrassing 😳) I contacted the company be told they would rebook his flight again for the following day , the ticket arrived for only one way not return ,I contacted them and they said I would recieve the return in a few days time ,what a load of rubbish and as you can imagine , stress , I decided to cancel and say I wanted a refund as this couldn't possibly happen as it was important to have the return ticket at the same time . There I had to wait 40 days for the refund. In the mean timet so called company kept in touch via whats app. Very odd , A few days later I was scammed again for 157 pound for another unknown flight, it was at this point I cancelled my card with my bank. My bank was now looking into it with the fraud department, I have just been recently told this is a highly professional scam that has set up a company within the company .
Being an honest person myself this absolutely devastated me I just couldn't believe what was happening and how anyone could do such a despicable dishonest act for their own gains. I hope they burn in hell for the stress they have caused.

This is a scam company don't trust them they take people money don't give any airline ticket. They take more then what they say stay a way from this scam people. scam scam. They licence should be removed.

This is fraud! They are criminals!
They are clowns, do not believe them. Their place is in prison. They withdrew£ 1836 from my credit card and did not provide holidays, nor refunded for the failed services.

Min familie og jeg skulle rejse hjem fra efterårsferie i Nice med Swiss Air (som er en del af Star Alliance). Vi fik at vide, at flyet var overbooket, så der var ikke plads til os alle fem. Min familie rejste hjem, og jeg måtte blive og vente i lufthavnen i 4 timer, til der var et nyt fly via London. Fik at vide i gaten, at jeg bare skulle kontakte Swiss Air ved hjemkomst for at få min kompensation på 400 Euro + udgifter til mad og drikke. Det har jeg forsøgt på flere gange både telefonisk og på e-mails og via Swiss Airs hjemmeside, men de svar jeg får, er henholdende og ulogiske, og når jeg påpeger det, er der tavshed fra Swiss Air. Ifølge EU lovgivning skal der udbetales kompensation for den lange forsinkelse og afvisning i gaten, men det ignorerer Swiss Air/Star Alliance. De håber vel på, at jeg opgiver, så de kan slippe for at betale. Al dokumentation er indsendt indtil flere gange. Det er en skamløs og ulovlig behandling af gode kunder. Aldrig mere Swiss Air! Vi troede, at Star Alliance var en garanti for god kundeservice og høj kvalitet? Ser frem til svar og til den kompensation, jeg ved lov har ret til.

Booked 4 flights in June 2022 with Star Alliance Lufthansa from Birmingham England to Croatia 2 there, 2 back, for 2 people, should be easy right? No.
The return flights were transferred to partners within the alliance, causing my holiday to be shortened. Its October, still waiting for compensation inline with the rules. This group is unprofessional and not customer centric, in fact possibly acting in a dishonest manner by iver selling flights which they cannot serve, then nit paying compensation where they have to. If you want disappointment then book with these clowns otherwise use a decent carrier who can afford to play planes like grown ups.

This is a fraud!!!!! The location of address does not exist. I paid for a flight to Bangladesh and they then said their system failed therefore flight is cancelled I must wait for 6 weeks they then asked me for my bank details long did fit and 3 digit at the back. They was asking how much I had in my account. After weeks passed, no communication. They try to gain your trust by saying they are busy so couldn’t answer phone as they were praying. It’s all a SCAM!!! Do not trust them!!!!!! I still haven’t received my refund of £1,7077.00

Not helpful at all. We bought tickets from LOT, then SAS cancelled one of the four flights, and noone want to help. We are ping ponged between them.

Do not book anything with these scammers. My mum paid £60 for a wheelchair that should have been provided free. I spent months ringing looking for it to be refunded and them telling me it had been done and to wait another 2 weeks. The manager asked me for the last 4 digits of card my mums DOB and postcode to do the refund, all the info he needs to scam us further. I didn’t give it to him. Rang today and they actually laughed and said they won’t be giving me the money back. I was told that the managers are based in Morocco and are trying to scam me by a member of the team in London. Avoid at all costs.

Very unethical customer service. I have got a flight booked via them in December 2021 and I have to cancel because of some issue with air India. I'm still waiting for the refund amount and it's been 7 months now.

No one of the customer support is good to take care of customers and no proper response from them. I have to wait for hours on call to get hold of them and they will place the call on hold and made me to wait for another hour which is totally unacceptable

On 13 of May I bought a ticket with star Alliance but for some reason it was reverse straight away and the agent said that i will get refunded in 24 hours , a week ago I give them a call and the agent said please confirm the security code and you will be refunded but instead of refund the cut twice £650 from my account for ÑO reason. Today is 11 June I have not received any penny. This agency is not trustable what the did to me is stealing.

If there is less than one still much to give them, poor service and poor uniform even dirty uniform in some of airindia staff and transfer desk. I totally regert booking with such poor airindoa airlines they are shouting and screaming to sutomers as they are working for them even cancel their trip if they didnt obay what they say and give your items for them. Trying to steal items from travellers not a good thing especially when you ahve connecting flight through india . Horrible horrible experience

Quite inexplicable really. I wanted to register with Brussels Airlines Frequent Flyer Program. I know nothing about it. I learnt it was handled by Miles & More, so I started to create an account at that website. The online form wanted to know the partner for my service card to complete the registration. Brussels Airlines wasn't a partner listed. I tried the online contact form, but "Service number" was a mandatory field so I couldn't send my query. I called the contact number listed. After a few minutes wait I was told by the voice at the other end he would set me up and to wait. Silence. No music, just empty space. I called out "hello?". Nothing for several minutes. I hung up. Why did I waste 10 minutes of my life?

12 Year Gold card holder - they have absolutely zero care what’s so ever for their customers. Everything is always your fault, the only time they are nice is when they take your money .!! 17 years in aviation, all airlines are the same

Christmas Eve. Two flights with Lot, connection in Warsaw. First flight was late, connection was to the last flight and they did not wait 20 min. Next possible flight 14 hours later. All they gave was a coffee coupon for a shop, which was closed.

Turkish airlines is the worst ever airline, with horrible customer service! Never fly by this company! We had flight from Dubai to Miami with connection in Istanbul. They denied us boarding because of ticket not in sequence. Managers at airport was not helpful and assisting , they actually was very rude and disrespectful. He said If u can show me boarding pass or any proof of u flying from Istanbul to Dubai then you can board the flight.p.s that was like 15 days ago. After unpleasant talk with useless and unhelpful management ,we went to ticket office, it’s 30 min drive from airport . They said we are sorry it’s in error on our side in the system, we will reissue tickets for tomorrow, but we can’t provide u any assistance with ur transportation, accommodation and meals. So not only we have to do run around with our luggage and with my mom in age ,and we need to pay for there mistakes.

Star Alliance has zero integrity. Copa Airlines is stealing money from their customers -- promising refunds that never come -- and these "people" just don't care. Sure, the Nazis were horrible people, but how about the people that helped the Nazis? Grow some integrity, Star Alliance, and hold your members accountable.

I had a 02.15 flight from Athens to Addis Ababa in business class. I went through immigration at about midnight to use the Star Alliance lounge only to find it closed. All other food places were also closed so i could not get food or drink of any kind

The are terrible. Luggage check in slow did not take credit cards. Did they think I was going to travel to Europe with Luggage.

Congress really needs to Crack down on these airlines. They have a monopoly on air travel and just keep cheating the consumer.

If I could I would give a negative 5 stars for the performance of the Frankfurt check in staff.
Because of them we missed our flight even though we started queuing 2 hours before the flight.
The people working there a miserable and highly incompetent.
Later we found that they were just explaining to people why they missed their airplanes just to send them to an other line where the people were supposed to rebook their tickets. I have seen better order and something the whole Star Allience should aspire to imitate in a McDonald's line.
