I’ve been looked after by Mr Andrew Ntege on my last 2 car purchases.
He and other staff at Stebbings have been excellent and made it very easy and less stressful during the bad times where my cars have been written off.
Andrew’s service has been perfect and I received a call a few days later from Andrew and he was checking how im getting on with my new car and I was asked if there was anything else he can help me with. I have recommended stebbings to friends and family and I’m sure I’ll be coming back next time. Thank you Andrew and the rest of the staff at Stebbings.

Excellent company lots of choice of vehicles. Customer services excellent, treated as a special customer by all staff that I spoke to. After care sales services excellent soon helped me with a concern I had. A special mention for Tom Boyns who was so helpful and patient and friendly and it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble.

Just collected my Peugeot 3008 from Jake Desborough. I found him to be professional with good product knowledge. Would recommend, and would use Jake and stebbings again.

Went over stebbings with my grandson to purchase a ford focus.he is aged 21 and is a retained fireman.he had a test drive albeit with a £2500 excess. Agreed to buy it but not with a 3month warranty the car was £14000 and no discount for no px.was offered 1years warranty if he paid £100. Told warranty was up to price of car..car had covered Approximately 41000 miles. 1700 miles and 7weeks later 1st gear went.would jump out of gear. Phoned stebbings and they said couldn’t look at it for at least two weeks.wouldn’t give him a courtesy car as 21 too young.said they out sauce gearbox problems as specialised knowledge needed. Told us where they would take it and we contacted them.they said would need too book it in as was very busy.needed car for work so went back to stebbings who said must take back to them and not gearbox specialists AND if thought car had been raced my grand son would have to pay up front.how they would come to that conclusion conclusion I didn’t ask.checked out service history and car had had two gearbox’s replaced previously.when ask about locally for estimates prices was£100 hour.stebbings warranty covered £14000 great headlines but only £50 hour was covered. Stebbings warranty badly lacking and I wouldn’t recommend them

Andrew the salesman is a brilliant guy,looked over the car and within minutes decided it was the perfect car,having bought two cars from Stebbing’s before which one of them is still in our ownership I think says it all,be back again when we trade in the other car,deserves more than 5 stars really

We visited Stebbings to look for an upgrade of our car. We had a ar to trade in and an idea what sort of car we wanted, I knew what colour too!!
Tom was fantastic, he helped us decide if the car i had chosen met our family needs, budget and requirements. He was cool, calm and never pushy. Everything was explained fully and at no point did we feel we were being forced to buy. Tom let us go for a test drive, he agreed a great price for our trade in car too. We left feeling that we had been very well looked after by Tom.

Went into Stebbings with the intention of test driving and potentially buying a specific vehicle they had on their website. I was served by Daniel and he was very helpful and friendly, once I wanted to purchase the vehicle it was a very stress free transaction with no sneaky hidden extra costs. When I picked the car up Tom assisted me and was also very helpful, I even got half a tank of fuel.

I had a Daniel and Tom serve me, Both staff were extremely helpful and made my time spent throughout stebbings feel at ease and any questions I had they answered, I would definitely recommend stebbings and the car was spotless on collection. Couldn't be happier ☺️

Neamh helped me with my new car purchase, she was so helpful and honest, explaining all the info and choices I had, as well as being overall so lovely and easy to talk to! Didn’t feel pressured at all, unlike what you sometimes can get at other garages. I would highly recommend Neamh and Stebbings.

As soon as we walked in to the showroom, the staff there could not have been more helpful and friendly. Andrew Ntege and Thomas Hemming went the extra mile to make sure all our queries were answered and that the car buying process was smooth and stress free. We would 100% buy from Stebbings again.

All I can say is absolutely fantastic service from stebbings staff! Making the whole experience very inviting and welcoming.
Initially being served by Charlie who was very helpful. Then Chris took over who went out his way to make the experience extra special! Having been to quite a few car sale showrooms before, which in my eyes was absolutely appalling service! Stebbings are 2nd to none.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will do in the near future.
Any issue I have had Chris has gone out his way to solve them.
Appreciate the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!

Very good service from start to finish, this is my 8th vehicle from Stebbings and the service has always been faultless. Tom boyns has been fantastic sorting out my new M2. Looking forward to many miles to cover. We will be back for the 9th

I dealt with Chris at Stebbings. Buying a new car can be a stressful undertaking, but with effective communication and a commitment not to over promise and under deliver, Chris made what could've been a truncated experience a seamless one. I highly reccomend him. Thank you, Chris.
