It's a six hour round trip from home to Stebbings, so I had a numbers of questions, before we made the journey. We dealt with Jake one of the Sales Execs, from the outset, Jake was very professional, he answered all our questions and followed up in writting, he gave us the confidence to travel to see the car. From arrival to buying the car and driving it away, Jake was great, again very professional, not pushy at all, explained everything and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience, he was a pleasure to deal with. We bought the Audi A5 which was in great condition, as are all the cars we saw on the day. I would definitely recommend Stebbings and would certainly buy from them again.

I got my first car on finance from here and my experience was really good. Tom was really good and helped me understand everything and as a younger female driver I didn’t feel like I was being mugged off at all during the process.

I'm not local, in fact I live over 150 miles away but knew which car I wanted, and saw these guys had the exact model and colour I was looking for. After speaking to Tom Boyns over the phone we negotiated a part ex figure for my car, and a day for me to come in, view the car, test drive etc. Tom also ensured the car could be prepped and ready to go provided all was ok on the day. I made the 3.5 hour drive, was met my Tom and shown the car I was after. He left me to check it all over while I he viewed my part-ex. Tom was brilliant, very patient, no pushy sales tactics, just professional and made the whole experience effortless. After the car was prepped I left mine with them and drove the new one home.

Stebbings were great in dealing with issues afterwards too. Miguel and Jacquie in the service team were superb in handling some issues with the car afterwards. Not only did they cover the costs of fixing one of the issues by my local garage, they also arranged to collect the car on a flat bed, bring it back to their workshop, fixed everything else and delivered it back to me.

It's one thing to have superb sales team, but it's how you're treated after you've gone that's just as important and Stebbings have you covered.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a car.

Great service from Charlie initially and then from from Jake. Both really helpful, knowledgeable, clear communications and explanations. Smooth handover of part ex and new vehicle. I would definitely go to Stebbings in the future to look for a car based on this experience.

Absolutely smashing experience! I bought my car with Tom Boyns and I honestly cannot complain about a single thing. The whole process was quick and easy yet still managed to be detailed. We have purchased vehicles from Stebbings on several occasions previously. The expected very high level of service received was more than delivered by Chris Martyn. From the moment we met him, he was courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and the products on offer to support our purchase. Chris was at pains to answer any questions that we had and took time to ensure that we understood all the instruments and controls on the car, he even replied to questions via email on his day off!
We will continue to make Stebbings our first option when we are looking for future vehicle purchases.
It is worth noting that Chris also makes a cracking cup of tea!

From first contact (via Autotrader advert) to driving our car home, Stebbings and Chris who we dealt with, were fantastic. We felt very safe in their hands. Chris ensured the car was thoroughly cleaned, valeted and had a successful service and MOT carried out before collection. Upon collection there was a strange noise when shutting passenger door, they couldn't have been more helpful and had it fixed in the workshop within 20minutes. I would thoroughly recommend them and we'd not hesitate to go back to them when we next are looking to buy a car. Thank you Chris!
