After a very lengthy period on the market, a great relationship was formed with many of the staff. Stones Young have an active presence on social media which is very useful, however at times we felt this was not pursued with our property. The communication was good and the eventual sale was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

My second house purchase via Stones Young and they were fantastic as usual. Unfortunately ran into a lot of issues with my house sale which delayed our purchase, however Mark was always 100% on the ball keeping in touch, updating our vendor, helping where he could.

Phil also sorted our mortgage again, and has done for the last 7 or 8 years, always making sure I'm getting the best deal possible.

All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would whole heartedly recommend using this company to anyone!

Our sale took much longer, than we ever expected because other members of our chain had various delays. However Mark @ Stones Young kept it all on track & went the Extra mile.

Cannot recommend Stones Young enough with the way they professional dealt with selling a property I inherited. Nothing was to much trouble even when there was a delay in the property selling, particularly Andrew and Jack who were great throughout.
Would not hesitate to use Stones Young again.

We had a great experience when using Stones young to sell our property and purchase a new one. Jacks knowledge of the property market in our area meant that he gave us a realistic valuation and we did indeed sell at the asking price he gave to us.

It’s not what you know it’s who you know in that office if you want a house it’s the third time my son has put an offer in and not been accepted because somebody in the office has taken a lower offer. It’s not fair.

When we had agreed the sale price I felt I had to chase up the process when the buyer “miscommunicated” his instructions to his solicitor. To SY credit they chased it up and got things moving again. I’d happily recommend.
