Bonnie Davies and her secretary, Samantha Somnez make a wonderful team. They work very rapidly and efficiently, overcoming all the difficulties which arose in my sale.

I had difficulties trying to sell a probate property in time but was grateful to receive the correct help in the stressful process.

Jemma higgins has provided an excellent service and was always available all the way through the process.

Mr. Tim Farrington and his team is one of the best solicitors, we have ever interacted in the last 4 years. They are true professionals with thorough knowledge, helpful and highest responsiveness. Tim handled the complicated case with ease and calm to perfection. The experience we had with Tim and team made us to go for more engagements with Streeter Marshall, Warlingham. We wish all the best to Tim, Tyler and team.

The solicitor was very professional, responsive and efficient. Most usual in professional services these days.

Jemma was incredibly supportive and easily contactable throughout the whole process. She kept us updated step by step along the way and reassured us of a queries that we had. Being first-time buyers, everything seems like a blur, but Jemma made sure that we knew what was going on and what to expect at each stage. We’ll be recommending Streeter Marshall to any of our friends who are buying - thank you so much again!

I used Streeter Marshall recently for the sale of my first home and Conveyancing Executive Bonnie Davies was excellent throughout. She was so helpful and always around when my Partner and I had questions no matter how small, she always came back with a prompt response. Everything ran very smoothly, and it really took the stress out for us. I would highly recommend Streeter Marshall; they are very professional. Thank you so much! Amy & Joe.

I used Streeter Marshall recently with the sale of my house and they were excellent. Even though the sale fell through 3 times, Frank was always there for me to speak to, and worked diligently on my behalf. Great, professional service, many thanks.

Compared to my previous experience in conveyancing, this was a dream. All of my queries were handled expertly and promptly. Bonnie was there every step of the way and even made provisions for when she was away, so my transaction wasn't delayed.
I can't thank her and the team enough and will be using them again in the future.

I used Streeter Marshall when i bought my flat in 2007 and also when i sold my flat in 2023. The service I have received has been excellent. They are professional, efficient and reliable. With my recent experience, Stephanie and Samantha were a great team and communicated with me every step of the way. They were on top of the issues and proactively followed up with the management company and the buyer’s solicitor. I would definitely recommend Streeter Marshall.

This company is brilliant , twice I’ve used them for house moves
Totally professional and reliable, and feel very safe in their hands

I recently had to use the services of out local Streeter Marshall solicitors branch in Warlingham to sell my late friend's house. There were complications with the Title Deeds and it was all dealt with professionally by Bonnie in a very efficient way. She kept me informed regularly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using this company.

Efficient, effective, professional. I have used Streeter Marshall twice now and both times Peter and his team have been quick to respond, pleased to explains parts of the process less familiar to me and have acted with both professionalism and friendliness.

Excellent communication during my sale of flat. I am very happy with progress of sale.

Bonnie was excellent! Would recommend.

I have had recent very bad experiences when buying and selling a house so looked to work with another company. Streeter Marshall were selected and I found them to be extremely professional and very well organised. They are responsive and detailed with clear explanations and information. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Bonnie provided a fantastic service and when unavailable I was always able to get a response from another member of the team.

Jo Colwill provided an extremely efficient and competent service on selling a mixed use commercial
property, going the extra mile to make things happen.
Would highly recommend Streeter Marshall.

Jemma and the team at Streeter Marshall provided us with an exceptionally good legal service selling one property and purchasing another. Jemma was responsive, accurate and efficient, and towards the end when there was a tight turnround between exchange and completion went the extra mile to ensure it happened. Highly recommended.
