I had a flat sale and a separate leasehold extension transaction dealt by Shruti Trivedi at the Purley branch. Shruti took a pro active position throughout and kept me regularly informed and responded to all correspondence and any queries I had, promptly. This excellent service meant both transactions were stress free and completed on schedule.

Having used Streeter Marshall for a property sale and purchase, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were very happy with Jo's advice as complications arose. Our (many!) queries were answered quickly and professionally, and we were kept updated at every stage of the process.

After looking at the reviews I decided to use a local firm to deal with my property sale and as a bonus they charged a reasonable fee for their service.

Used Streeter Marshall a couple of times in the last two years, first for a probate for my late grandmother and recently for conveyancing on a property. Both processes were handled quickly and smoothly with good communications.

Neither were especially complicated affairs, nonetheless the probate went through so quickly it surprised everyone, and the property sale process was one of the quickest our estate agents had ever seen, so can't really argue with that.

I've used a few different solicitors over the years but Streeter Marshall will definitely be my go-to next time I have a need.

The interaction was always friendly and helpful. House sales and purchases always have some stress involved but Streeter Marshall managed to minimise that to a great degree. My case was managed proficiently by Stephanie Ward and her assistant Sam Gosling throughout. They were both very helpful with addressing my queries along with being transparent and during the all steps of the process.

I had a very positive experience overall with Streeter Marshall and would strongly consider using them
again for any relevant legal purposes in the future.

My only critique would be the mobile app which, following the initial registration phase, no longer provided updates on the progress on the case thus was a little redundant overall. Nonetheless, Stephanie and Sam were always on hand to provide expedient updates whenever I requested so the lack of app use didn't dull my experience much.

Bonnie was excellent at handling the flat conveyancing of my sons flat , and sorting out the problem with the lease . She and Sam always came back to us to help sort out issues

Friendly, efficient and cost effective

Stephanie and Sam were fantastic doing our house sale and purchase despite several frustrations with the buyer's solicitor right up to the day of exchange. No question was too small, everything we asked for was answered and dealt with professionally and promptly. We would definitely use Streeter Marshall again.

The sale of the property took a good year with some frustrations! Dear Stephanie our solicitor was excellent in moving things thru as quickly as poss and dear Sam was also of fiery support!! Very, very grateful to them both for the great assistance and would use Streeters again!
