Very pleased with my purchase. A very comfortable and supportive chair which enhances the home office environment. As I work from home predominately, I needed something better than the ordinary. Stressless fits the bill!

We have had some Stressless products over several years and 2 of our chairs required replacing due to old age. They were supplied under the former Ekornes label!
We went to Lee Longlands a previous supplier of furniture to us and we had a very helpful session in their Birmingham store resulting in us purchasing the two Stressless chairs with motor operation. Delivery was on schedule and quickly unpacked and put to use.
They seem to be performing extremely well up to expectations, and we look forward to several years of use.

We bought a Stressless Fiona 3 seater sofa with footstool in matching Calido 72 fabric and took delivery of it in April 2023. Yesterday we took delivery of a sofa and chair from another manufacturer to replace our Fiona sofa as we were tired of putting up with the creaking and squeaking noise when sitting on it. Despite checking all of the bolts and screws, the sofa continued to creak. We were surprised by the quality of the wood used for the frame when we checked underneath. Not what we expected from such a big name. Also, the fabric started pilling and required constant care to defluff it as it showed up everything. This sofa and footstool cost us £2500. I loved the look of the sofa in the store but have been very disappointed in how it has performed. It has not had heavy use as there is only the 2 of us in the house. We definitely expected better and would not buy another Stressless product.

Experience in shop (Hastings) was excellent. Getting a delivery date not so good.Had to make some phone calls

Great experience and advice in-store and regarding communication about delivery date. Four star rating only given because leather care kit was missing from delivery and we were told the shop would be informed and would bring one round to us, however I had to chase this and it was delivered within a couple of days. We are very pleased with our chairs.

Great product, great delevery

Thr quality of the furniture is first class. Comfortable and supportive chairs. Delivery was on time quick and all items carefully wrapped in quilts to protect it. The Delivery driver even laid out protective covers over-the-counter carpets.

I purchased this Stressless chair via HSL. The lead in times are long, so don't expect it to turn up next week. But it is manufactured in Norway, a country with which I have some connections, and which receives a fulsome approval rating from me. The quality is good.

Well designed quality furniture highly recommended.

Tried the product and liked it. Was shown how they work and options available including finance options. Delivery was to expectation and arrived complete and on time. Overall what was said was delivered to expectation.

Love the look and comfort of the chairs we bought. Our only complaint is the creased leather on the seats which I’m sure will only get worse

Very good quality chair made of soft leather. I am very slightly disappointed that, unlike a similar chair I have ( not Stressless ) I can’t seem to ‘lock’ its position completely. It’s no great matter as the chair very easily adjusts to whatever position I want, but I don’t see the point in the knobs if they don’t lock a position. The wait for availability was long, as I was told it would be when I bought it, but the date was extended twice. The outlet from which I ordered the chair only told me of these delays when I made enquiries. This takes nothing away from my satisfaction in the chair. Above all - it is very comfortable !
