Design is flawed. Unless seated bolt upright, there is little comfort. V odd.

When buying a new chair to suit my needs, I spent some time deciding on the best of the available options stressless offer.

Delivery timescale was as advised, I have now had the chair for 2 weeks and perfectly happy with it.

Excellent service & very professional installation of my new sofa.

Great and comfortable product, it took longer than expected to get it. Delivery team brilliant! To place an order was easy however luck of communication after this. I had to make a several calls to find out where the item is and when it will be delivered. A bit let down from this side.

This is the seventh piece of Stressless furniture that I have purchased and once again the quality is excellent. Delivered into my lounge and set up in minutes.

The product and seamless delivery.

Chair delivered on the 11th May. Immediate problem with the riser when we tried it out & contacted HSL, who requested a video. Having looked at that, they arranged for someone to come & look at it tomorrow but that appointment has been cancelled today by the service team & a new one made for June 8th, almost one month on from delivery. All very disappointing & not what we would expect from a very expensive chair.

Edit June 12th. Still unresolved. Technician has suggested a replacement riser & Stressless have apparently asked a further question. As the technician is not office-based, we have been told that can take over another week, for him to respond. Five weeks & still an unusable chair~not what we expected having paid so much for it. Disappointing has become annoyance, to be honest & have deducted a star to reflect that.

I ordered a stressless recliner through an uk agent: Reeds of Downham Market, Norfolk. At the show room I was given ample time to try out the different size chairs. Placing the order was straightforward & I received the chair at the end of the twelve week timeframe.
Now that I have had a few days to sit in it I can confirm that I am delighted with said product hence my rating of 5stars.

The chair and footstool are both as they should be and exactly as we tried in the showroom.

Great choice of designs and options, all with excellent build quality.
