Stressless® UK Reviews

Why does my very critical review and record of chair supplied in a state categorised by Stressless UK’s own appointed inspector “never properly assembled, broke after less than 3 weeks …unrepairable” not appear in your review summary?
Sincere apologies to back action who I am sure provide an impeccable Service. This whole review is related uto my experience with Stressless UK

Delivered early. Looks and feels fantastic. There was a mark on one of the seat cusions and this was viewed immediately and a replacement seat is on its was. No dispute, no discussion. Outstanding service.

Very pleased with products Very comfortable

Right from looking around the showroom to the delivery drivers the whole system was excellent.

Very helpful assistant making my purchases easier she was not pushy as I have with others and I was able to make my purchases without feeling hassled

Very knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy

We purchased our two recliners and footstools from Housing Units of Hollingwood. We were able to choose the finishes of both material and wood which we thought was a bonus. We have found the recliners really good for our posture and the quality is 100%.

So comfy and relaxing, can’t wait to get home from a hard days work to get on mine !! Lol. Well made and look really stylish

The most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. So well made and looks great.

Fantastic product available at a sensible price. The quality is obvious. Very pleased.

Wanted stresslless chairs for years what a disappointment after delivery. Beautifuly made but so uncomfortable. The angle before the electric back inclnes
s too acute, after only I day we both had acute lower back pain, you feel as if you are sitting on your spine. Fair enough we are both in our 80s but I would not recommend these chairs to anyone. We managed to sell one at a huge loss and the other is waiting to be sold. Extremely disappointed have spent nearly £5000.

Excellent chair for listening to wonderful music and just floating away from everyday distractions

Excellent chairs.

Chair as ordered. This is my second Stressless recliner, replacement for the original purchased 14 years ago. I have a back problem which has been greatly helped by the first of these.

Delivery was good, and the petite chair is as described, fits me well - first time I've had my feet on the floor and my back supported. Very happy.

Very comfortable chairs.

Excellent initial contact, superb service and delivery. All people invloved could not have been more helpful. Date given for delivery was honoured, in fact the chairs arrived at least 10 days early, which was fantastic.

Chair and foot stool are a fantastic combination, well made and very comfortable.
Excellent product.

We saw our Stressless chair and stool in Stokers Furniture Store . The stresslass range is amazing with many different styles and sizes of chair to choose from . Top class quality leather and style . Robust manufacture . We are really pleased with this classy and functional addition to our living room .

I bought this chair to replace the one I have had for years. It is very comfortable and I would recommend anyone to purchase one together with a stool to match.
