where do i start here cant give _stars first of all i thought this was a gambling site for over 18s how wrong was i first you have host joey who does nothing that makes sexual innuendos with players (if this was my company he would be told to collect his p45 at the next break) then you have lexi and skyla (iam thy only person that owns a dog) that go around asking player do you want your name changed to pants something where are the supposed supervisors that are monitoring this adult site ????

Wow!! What a very sad and lonely life you must lead !! Laughing at people losing their jobs , in this day whatever happened to "be kind" , these host have spent quite abot of their life making sure us players/roomies are looked after , spoken to and have banter . Now I dont know about you but I enjoyed getting to know them over the years ?? If you dont have anything nice to say please dont say or get out of that nasty cage of yours and get a new hobby ya great big twonk !!

And as for people saying same winners comment all the time , yeh I can sort of agree with you but its a gambling site we all play to win so good on them who are on lucky streaks atm ,it wont last believe me so if you cant get that in your heads them maybe gambling isn't for you!!

it seems to be the person writing these reviews has little to offer into life other than to belittle others and brag about people losing their jobs and livelihoods, saying that they belong in the gutters? wow seriously!

Sun bingo is a brilliant site and even thou it won't be the same without certain hosts, i still enjoy playing the games and slots.

please, if you have nothing nice to say about anyone, then maybe you should sit on your hands and type nothing, and crawl back under your rock where you belong!

Gloating about staff losing their jobs?! Has this been confirmed?! You know they have life’s outside of Bingo. What cruel person gloats about someone potentially losing their job. Keep hiding being a fake name though, because you clearly don’t have the balls to be open about it. Reviews slating hosts and players, naming people, no need of it! Sun is a community and there’s loads of really decent people on there.

Same ‘players’ winning usually ones that butter up the hosts… bananapants/cucumberpants (Stacy W) host changes her name then she wins EVERYDAY multiple times. 4 times today in session alone. Does that sound normal for a 1hour session. Of course there are other players some u never see speak that win game after game. Whilst other winners say they haven’t won in weeks or months. Doesn’t sound normal to me. Since the take over the money has went down dramatically and it’s became more noticable the faves. Odd stay clear.

Was surprised to see this company rated so highly But after careful reconsideration I feel a site and it's customer service section that treat customers so badly should be happy to get the 1 star

Disgusting company I play mystic Meg slots i have for many years.the site has had a makeover and since this it's robbing people.
On the bonus round you can sometimes get winnings multiplied x2.this happened to me 4 times and never got x2.contacted sun 3 times last week with screenshot and no help.happend again this week spoke to advisor on phone who was more interested in why I had duplicate email which to my knowledge was sorted years ago.
I will not be spending another penny even tho been a player for 15yrs.better sites out there

Playing for over 25 years never won more than £100 have never won in a link game, so sorry don't tell me its random, also far too clickey and majority of host are rude and obnoxious. Amazes me how same winners daily, surely no one's luck in every day, needs reporting

On 2.6 informed sunbingo account balance of 240 on closed account. Sent new ID and details of account to send balance to. 4th June after 6 emails got ID accepted. 6th June told ID was blurry and rejected. A few more emails and days waiting got email from stefan and payment team confirming ID acceptable and bacs payment sent Inc confirmation codes.... 11th June email rejecting ID and asking me to log in, the account is closed they told me this I original email and its included in all email threads.
Confused staff, confusing information given. Rude staff on phone with no option to speak to any other department or level of support staff. Spoke to bank to see if there is any pending bacs payment, none they can see. All information suggests that the payment should be showing to bank staff.
They make it hard as possible to withdraw, I am logging all the communication even tho sunbingo start new threads to confuse situation and informed them that I will be escalating to financial ombudsman and and Gambling Commission if the issue isn't resolved correctly. They stated balance, they accepted ID, now they acting like they paying from own pocket. Maybe support team as given incentives not to resolve these types of issues.
JUST AN UPDATE TO COMPLETE THE NARRATIVE.
After sending my ID to several different staff, all of which passed to next department, I kept being told ID failed verification. I asked for exact details of why it kept failing, what details were unreadable (as a driving licence has some very small print) and if I could arrange a video call so they could see my face and in a continuous shot, see the ID.
This prompted a senior customer manager to advise that the bacs payment would reach my account within the 10 days, honouring the previous email and I no longer needed to provide photo ID unless I wished to continue using the service. No after all this headache!!
I did receive the money and after sending 6 more photos of me holding my ID at arms length, from a variety of phone cameras, digital cameras and lap top... I am still unable to provide an acceptable photo so guess I'll never use sun bingo again. Ashame as Sun Bingo/ Vegas has so of the best slots and generally pay out promptly.
