Quick enough to take deposit but still waiting on a £300 withdrawal I made. When I speak to customer services I’m just told it’s been referred to relevant team but no time scale!

what a shame johny rotten not got good experience, or semmingley he might be so needy that chat hosts cant give him bonuses, oops sorry must be his fault he got chat banned,, see he is now on here with negativatey,, such a sad situation he has no other stuff to entertain himself with, other than lurk in a bingo site which banned him.. personaly if i was banned i would not waste time being there, so obviously a good site for him to return too so often to watch ,, must be so hard being cb and not being able to be negative on there as he is on here

What a palaver is getting verified on sun bingo. There's no way to get anywhere to ask someone and my uploads are refused. They took my money and can't get in to purchase tickets

Wouldn't even give it one star never any mangers to talk don't put money on this site been waiting over 10 days for withdrawal still have got it ring up they can't speak English they have no clue and you ask for manager and they say all the time no managers in today bullshit trust me everyone there is so much better casino sites then this they have got back to me but they emailed me saying there no managers to talk to but they can email you to tell so they are full of crap don't use this site

How do you know that comment was from a banned chat player? I'm banned and been with Sun Bingo since it started over 23 years ago. but I would never put a nasty/horrible comment on here regarding players and hosts who went to Blackpool..infact a lot of my friends went. Do not play this site possibly the worst site I have ever played

Today I am unable to log in. I’ve
Cleared cache and re logged in, refreshed etc. been in touch with customer service but waiting a reply. I hope this is not taking too long as I have money in my account. Ok, so after writing this review I had contact with customer service to say all the site and more were experiencing problems with logging in, however, I tried again 15 minutes later and all was ok so I could log in. Good customer service

Sick and tired of the same people winning all the time. Hosts are to friendly with certain players, as if they know them personally.And those are the most likely to win. Unfair. Can see why people moan. Sort out your hosts, they are there to monitor not have chin wags with the players.

Very poor pay out on all games. Sunbingo advertise big money wins but all you get is pennies. Really, I tried for months paying out money but no paybacks at all. Please do not waste your time or money.... when you first play, you win...but this is how they get you hooked in...

I love Sun bingo, it feels like a family when you get to chat and even meet players and hosts if you win the BP promo. It’s a great place to take your mind off of worries, stress and just enjoy some chat for a few hours. What I find about these negative reviews, is that it’s all people who only tell half a story. Like the latest for example, someone randomly appeared in chat slating a host saying they were a bully, so the players said they hadn’t seen anything of the sort. The player in question had named theirselves after the host too. I wouldn’t say that’s bullying, id say that’s stating the obvious that this person was just looking for drama because there hadn’t been any nasty comments nor had the player even interacted with the host in question. Very strange behaviour. Please don’t believe all of these negative reviews, the fact that many players keep coming back day after day just to interact and chat speaks volumes. As for bb being given randomly, whilst that would be lovely, it’s never the case either. Too many keyboard warriors unfortunately.

As soon as you play connection is interpreted for no reason and when you click retry it kicks you off the game back to the screen so don't waste your money

Been with Sun bingo for a while. Had no issues with the site in general but when things are done without me requesting it and the staff go rouge then I have to leave a review. There is no need to lie and mislead your customers, got a win and requested a withdrawal ur is now pass 48 hours only to be told that I have an escalation which is a complaint which I did not raise. So why do this to delay the payment and the all the staff are telling me lies to delay and not payout asked for a manager none available. Be very careful when using Sun bingo they have some duty trucks and tactics that they use which is very unethical along with their practices they don’t care.

Ok slots are definitely pre empted. Over £60 not one bonus round. If u get 4 in a row the 5th has usually gone one below or one above the reels are definitely pre empted the balance changes before reels stop either a play down or if a small win it goes up it knows before u do.Always 2 symbols for bonus, rarely 3. The bingo side is worse . You get to two tg then it stops it's weird, then a regular name pops up. They even admit some players win more often. Never play slots if no one is playing. U can tell ones like fluffy favourites when the jackpot mini game doesn't move , cos when no one is playing they won't pay out. They do Like their regular names on here. Chat hosts are terrible. You would definitely do well to go on another site. I've well reduced deposit amount 😂

Absolutely diabolical site - AVOID and don’t waste your money, got to say when I joined I was enjoying as the slots it was paying fairly for return but being on the site after a month they just take everything they can, £150 spent on a few different slots over the past couple of days and got nothing total joke!!! New goonies game won’t even trigger the bonus no matter what you put in, played Fishin frenzy bigger catch won the bonus 4 times and got nothing- that’s 40 spins and no collects absolutely disgusting they reel you in just to then take the p**s the site needs to be taken down!!!!! Where do you start with this firm?!
I’ve had £114 taken from my account over 3 payments to Sun Bingo. I hadn’t played or deposited for 1 month. I went to transactions which shows I hadn’t deposited for a month and amounts were different.
I telephoned Bank who confirmed it was Sun Bingo who took the money. I then emailed Sun Bingo (support@sunbingo…..) 5 times and no reply. I went through live chat and person eventually stated what I knew which was I hadn’t deposited for a month, he then rather suspiciously kept asking me if someone else could have used my account - No, and it would show up on your Transactions. I asked to be given details of how contact Compliance, but he kept refusing. I explained it’s a financial issue and I have concerns with customer support, it’s a compliance matter. Nope, he kept giving me support email, the one where no one replies. So, already suspicious of Support, I’ve had to email them my Bank Statements when all he had to do was speak to Finance. So yet again I await a reply which will never come. It’s a regulatory matter now so SunBingo have to go through that process as do I, you really couldn’t make it up. All I can say is someone at SunBingo has taken £114 out of my account, so please treble check all statements if you use them.

Awful awful awful. Don’t bother using this site. Take your money, don’t credit it to your account, take FOREVER to respond to support requests then claim they can see no issue even when presented with documentary evidence. Customer service (ha ha - they can only dream) are not UK based and have no idea about the time of day here. Completely unhelpful and avoid requests for complaint procedure - can’t think why. Am going via my bank to get my money back since this thieving lot won’t play fair.

Takes a lot for me to take the time to come online and write a review but I really feel this one is necessary... just stay away is my best advice to anyone thinking of joining. Treats their customers terrible, will add a deposit offer to your inbox just after you have already done it and played so they aren't valid unless you deposit and wager again. I personally think there is something wrong with the games, never had a scatters on any game land in yet. Actually eats your money tbh, I have been around a few sites in my time and never usually end up feeling disgusted and robbed, a bit of fun even while losing would be a step up.! Bad site.
