im sitting on chat and its like the hosts and certain players talk in code. So Joey host says she is back and then when someone says oh is lynny back he tells the player to shush. She is back though is all im saying but not saying her new name so keep shush about it

Scam never provided me my bingo session that i won on daily spin. Site glitched and they said they cannot honour it. total con and will never gamble again thanks

I've been treated very unfairly and been mislead, firstly I have been a customer for a few years this past year I've had no withdrawals I have been depositing regularly since December 2022 which was when the issue in question with PayPal started , there were a few deposits which were previously through PayPal in December 2022 I had an issue with my paypal it was used unauthorised for other transactions not involving gambling, and by mistake a few sun bingo transactions were included I swiftly contacted paypal to inform them that those were authorised by myself they then sent me confirmation that they updated that they were authorised so the case was closed in regards to sun bingo, during this time December 2022 onwards I had no contact from sun bingo about this everything was ok with my sun bingo account no restrictions were placed as I'd already informed paypal these were authorised I have the proof, so going forward I continued to deposit nearly every week with sun bingo since December 2022 and I was receiving various enticing offers of free spins and offers from sun bingo I continued to play and deposit all year without any withdrawals, I go to make a withdrawal on the 22nd of October 2023 of £170 which was my own cash I contact them to ask why it's pending still after the 24 hours stated processing time, they tell me it will be processed by the system , then I call again the next day and they put me on hold and come back to say that they have placed a restriction on my account and I need to send the proof from paypal, I contacted paypal and they sent over to me the case closure and that the transactions were authorised by myself they also told me the case is closed and there's nothing else they can do as it was so long ago, sun bingo currently still have my withdrawal of £170, what I am very frustrated about is how they allowed me to deposited around £1500 in this year alone without notifying me there was any restriction on my account or that I wouldn't get my funds if I requested a withdrawal, the only contact I've had from sun bingo is various offers and an email of an issue with a bingo game which was resolved, how can they take £1500 of me all year then when I request a withdrawal of £170 and then they refuse it due to the paypal issue from December 2022 which Id already sorted, they have taken my money with no intention of ever approving a withdrawal so they money has been taken off me all year under false pretences (username jeyda321)

Stay away sound advice absolutely robbing you no the rest they need to be investigated the sun group always think they are above the law the gambling commission is unfit for purpose the government needs to stop this if casinos think they can fleece people day in night out there are other terrible sites I could’ve mentioned but the sun is up there as one

I signed up deposited £10 and won £119.65 on a bingo game. I attempted to withdraw and they closed my account and refused to send my winnings saying I breached the terms of contract

Zero tolerance, whoever you are, you wrote a vile post about bullying. In doing so you have become the bully which you apparently have 'zero tolerance' for.
Seeing the vile comments and 'karma' comments about seriously ill people and people who have sadly passed away makes me feel physically sick.
The bullying comments are unfounded and not true.
Myturn on Sun Bingo is the player who is the root cause of all the bad posts either here or on Facebook. So many people cannot be wrong.
Karma works both ways and your disgusting post will come back to haunt you.
As for naming players here on Trustpilot, I hope that if you are clever enough to write a post, you were clever enough to block your IP address as this is a public accusation. It's slander and defamation of character and is being looked into .

Good site just a shame about the bullys in some chat rooms and fake reports on here about players ..Using false names to make reviews look like they are from players children when they are not..All i would say is never think the players are your friend they are just out to make trouble for people

Stay well clear of the site. BIGGEST CON going. Poor payout - poor promotions - new rewards scheme was brilliant build up, for such a poor ending. Been with the site since it started. Shes never off the site day & night then management say that gambling commission is changing rules. BUT THEY conveniently let her play when she should be taking care of her own kids. BEST ADVICE..... Absolute scam company. I have won £200 but they refuse to pay my winnings as my passport is out of date. They were quite happy to take my money but not so willing to pay it out. I have filed a complaint with the gambling commission as this is unacceptable and there customer service team have been very rude when I have called about this.

You should not need to verify someone that has already deposited money. If you take it then you should pay it. Simple as that.

the chat rooms are good fun most of the time but im sorry to name and shame but every time a player called myturn2winn comes on she causes an atmosphere in the room and i have to change rooms. i dont know if she knows people off the site or not but she is horrible to several players and very rude to some of the hosts too . I wish sun bingo would do something about this player as it puts me off the site. i spoke to a host on the site and she said just put her on ignore, but why should i , why cant the hosts stop this rude player ?
