Supershuttle Reviews

Our flight landing time in Albuquerque changed at least three times. I reached out to our driver and he was very flexible and understanding. He was still able to meet use within minutes of being curbside at 2330 that night.

Driver was on time personable and gave us interesting information.

Quiet driver and pleasant music made this a great trip. I've used this service before and will continue to use it again.

We use supershuttle every time we travel.they are always on time and have great friendly drivers. Can’t say enough about how good this company is

Ive never done a ride share, shuttle, Uber etc., I personally am just uncomfortable with it but I needed to take one to get back to Newark Airport while on a recent trip to NJ. Ralph was my driver and showed up early, he let me know he was there and simply texted "whenever you're ready" and I loved that. The vehicle itself was in great shape and clean. Ralph was very down to earth, so easy to talk to and I enjoyed my conversation with him the whole trip.
Before I knew it we were at the airport. I felt extremely comfortable and safe during my ride. Thats a great feeling these days. Thanks Ralph! I'd most definitely use this service again.

Good driver , good car - no delay with my pick-up time . Everything was perfect. Thank you

I received a pick up late at night at the Pittsburgh Airport and was driven to my home 1.5 hours away after a trip to Europe. The communication prior to pickup was clear, the driver was on-time and friendly, and I felt very safe. It was a very comfortable and relaxing end to my vacation.

Our driver, Muhammad, is a safe driver, friendly and dedicated to ensuring his customers arrive at their destination safely and on time. He also is courteous, and friendly.

I enjoyed booking on Super Shuttle for my travel needs. I was always a loyal customer of Super Shuttle. I felt safe. The car was clean, the driver arrived on time and it was easy to book

I haven't flown into LAX in quite some time and I know I didn't want to rent a car so relied on Super Shuttle to get me to my destination. They contracted out with a driver from Prime Time who was already waiting for me when I arrived at The LAXit lot. Mr Hong was a safe good driver and the car was just fine with me as the only passenger. I really appreciated the timely texts as to how I get from baggage claim to the lot. I was also able to chat with the company via texting and that was extremely helpful. I'll definitely rebook when I travel next.

Very professional, immaculate town car, great driver.

William was fantastic, friendly and very helpful

The driver was very personable and arrived very quickly. Barely waited at all. Very appreciative after a very long travel day.

Car, driver and service was excellent

Great service and highly recommended especially for large families and/or those traveling with many checked bags.
