Supershuttle Reviews

The driver was super nice and on time. Highly recommended.

Our driver William was excellent. Keeping us informed on his location, picking us up on time, he is very friendly, and an excellent driver.

On time, clear pickup instructions, excellent automobile, totally felt safe

Professional drivers, clean and safe vehicles, fair prices - I've always disliked Uber and Lyft because of their business model which favors the corporate entity while exploiting the operators.

Driver arrived a few minutes early. Car was clean and new. Driver was conscientious, both hands on the wheel, eyes on the road, no distractions. A pleasant and safe ride.

Great communication on arrival time and vehicle. The driver was friendly and arrived on time.

My driver was very kind and helpful. He was thoughtful when we arrived at my apartment complex and took my large suitcase up to the door for me.

Martin assisted my 88 yr old mother in law. He was friendly and helped me get a ride in Dallas as well.

Drivers are always neat personable helpful with baggage and handle traffic very well. Vehicles clean and well maintained. Just remember that shuttles stop a multiple hotels so a 4 am pickup could mean a 4 :30 am pickup if you are farther along the route so book accordingly. Have used company several times never dissapointed

Great driver. Prompt arrival, beautiful car, safe and pleasant drive home.

Private Black Car was clean, on time and driver was personable! Driving skills were excellent!

They sent us a small SUV instead of a minivan, so we had to take Uber additionally in order to reach the airport ontime. Very unprofessional. Be careful.

Nestor came inside and actually met us at the baggage carousel at DFW. Helped with the bags and got us home safe and quickly. One of the friendliest, most professional drivers we have ever had. Wife and I enjoyed the ride!!

A car was extremely easy to book, the meeting instructions were clear and simple, and our driver was waiting when we stepped off the shuttle. All as expected at a reasonable price.

Overall my experience was good! The car that picked my family and myself up was a bit “small” considering I put there were 3 people with 3 luggage and carry on. The driver was nice and got us to the airport on time. The driver who picked us up from the airport was kind enough to wait for us, as our flight was delayed and his car was large enough for us, he drove fast to get us home quickly!

We got into Seattle at midnight, It was a relief to know super shuttle was picking us up. I have used there services before and they are always prompt and dependable.

Our flight was 6 hours late and our ride was still waiting for us at the airport.
Great Job!

The driver was excellent, on time with a well kept vehicle.

Very easy to book and liked the ease of fees and gratuity included. Best driver after a long flight. Enjoyed the music.

I have used Supershuttle for rides to the Sacramento Airport on numerous occassions and highly recommend their service. The automobile and commnication is great.
