Can completely agree with all these comments / reviews about this company being nothing but scammers. Take your money quick enough but try getting a refund . Empty promises. If you paid by credit card raise a dispute with the Bank and they will get your money back .It worked for me

This is an elaborate scam and these guys should be in jail as it is blatant fraud and theft. I ordered a part for my vehicle, they told me it wasn't in stock and offered me an alternative. I refused and asked for a refund. They sent me a fake refund notice that was confusing and didn't add up to the total amount of the part I paid for. I checked for the refund a few weeks later and it was not sent. No response from the company.

I have filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Humanity is better than this. I actually feel sorry for the people that work for this operation.

STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE.

I would have preferred to have read this page before ordering the spare parts. Unfortunately, I ordered the parts in January 2023 and they were never shipped. Instead, I was continually asked to be patient and wait. After waiting for three months, I requested a refund, which has still not been received. It has now been five months since I placed the order, and I am considering reporting this situation. The authorities should intervene by shutting down the website and arresting those responsible.

Crap. Ordered product, wrong product received, at that point completely ignored. Guess they don’t care about overseas customers, lucky for me it was a low value item. I wouldn’t trust them for any purchase, minor or major, without checking the item in the flesh first.

Avoid.

I can reiterate the other reviews on Trust pilot. Ordered product to fit my Range Rover in good faith. Parts turned up and didn't fit. Tried to return them but they wont accept them stating that my Range Rover has an aftermarket exhaust which it has not. I sent them the schematic and the part number direct from Land Rover which has the part numbers on it. They still refused to refund despite mis-advertising the product. This one will go all the way as rip off merchants like this should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered some spot lights. Got email confirming payment taken and order status processing. Several day later status still processing. Called their number got message saying email us as they couldn't answer the phone due to 'Coronavirus'

Did some checking online and saw lots of bad reviews so sent a simple email asking for an update ask was concerned. Their reply was "Order cancelled. Purchase elsewhere" I replied saying a simple update would have sufficed and no wonder they get bad reviews

He then replied as below (this is cut and paste and I have put ** in to allow the review to be published)

I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them - avoid at all costs

This company are selling parts that they do not hold in stock; despite telling customers that they have the item sat on a shelf.

They have an automated telephone message telling customers to contact them via e-mail; then they don't reply to e-mails.

I have recovered my money via my banks credit card fraud team.

Steer clear of these jokers, they have several other companies (Tweaked Automotive, In Car Nav Ltd, etc) be warned.

Yep!!! Should have read the reviews! Ignore the five star reviews where they purport to have spoken to anyone by phone. That isn’t possible as they have an automated phone response that says you can’t speak to anyone because of Coronavirus… this in March 2023. One line email responses that don’t even apologise for the delay in shipping. Paid for the items and still haven’t received them. YOU REALLY DO NEED TO AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

Awful Customer service, didnt send goods.
Having to go through bank to get refund.
wish i had read all the other reveiws before ordering.
Also now being harrased and sworn at via email and threats to leave fake reviews for my company.
Just shows what kind of people are running this company.
To think this all started because i asked for tracking after waiting two weeks for an item, i still have no proof it was sent.

I asked them after 2 weeks were was my car cover at. They insulted me and cancelled my order
They never issue a credit so I have to run after my credit card company to get it
Very arrogant and insults people

This is a fake company. When you order they accept your creditcard and withdraw the payment but there never comes any goods! I have tried to correspond with them and the always reply "The goods are coming" but with no result sice december 2021! Find another trustvorthy company - NEVER give them your creditcard information.

Placed an order on this site didn’t get a response until I sent an email only to get a rather rude response telling me my order has been cancelled and to wait for a refund. Only wish I had read these reviews before visiting that site. Avoid this site its a SCAM!!!
Just received a message in my mail box from ST saying ..” WE ARE GONNA F..K YOU UP. This makes me wonder if they cared so much about reviews why not take better care of your customers… but of course it’s just a scam site. I haven’t received my refund yet will definitely be filling a suit against them.

Ordered parts, never heard off them. Luckily contacted my bank who snatched my money back. Contacted me today giving me loads of abuse, calling me a mug and other names I best not put on here, said I was delusional and that trust pilot was full.of sheep liatening to nonsense reviews. Very good experience with this company. I have bought from them since 2015 and they always served me right and provided me with the information I asked for and the products. I am very happy with my shopping experience there and I will continue to be their customer.

My go-to place for Porsche parts, they ship with DHL in the UK and also tax free!

I have used them once and i was absolutely shocked. I have not received my spare parts at all.

The customer service was super racist, I could not beleive how rude he was.

I have reported them to police.

This company have actually forged an invoice of shipped products with my signature........Refund never arrived so this is their way out of it.Fake claims of none existent shipped products.
