FIVE days to respond …
FIVE days to respond to an email giving a true reading of energy used and serial number of the unit and exactly the same information was asked for.
Also a link inviting me for feedback which took me to a reward incentive that ended last year in October 2025

Difficult to find a worse company
I’ve been a customer for 4 months and I still have no idea of what I’m spending nor what I’m consuming. The app requires a device serial number to log in each time. I haven’t transferred any money since November so maybe I’m in debt? I sent an email to customer service one week ago and still no response.

I reported no heating and hot water…
I reported no heating and hot water today. The engineer called, just 3 rings and as soon as I pick up the phone, he ended the call. I immediately called back and they said I missed the call and had moved on to the next job. At 7.17pm, the engineer called again, as soon as I answered the call, he hung up. I had to call back again and be told since there was already 2 attempts to call me, I have to wait until after 10pm. That is not even a guarantee that the engineer will come and sort out NO HEATING AND HOT WATER. This is beyond disgusting service.

Excellent customer service throughout the two years that we have been with switch to energy would definitely recommend and had a lovely surprise email today saying we are in credit on our account which is being refunded. I won’t say how much but it’s really nice to have a credit instead of a debit, thank you again for all your help and your excellent customer services

Customer service agent Vicky was brilliant . She did exactly what was needed. ( except it didn’t happen) Call routing and waiting to speak to a real person was annoying though far too many options. Updated to 2 star as information agent gave me wasn’t true. I was assured I was due an appointment that day. I had taken the day off work. No one came and no one made contact to explain why !!
