Customer service is always really…

Customer service is always really helpful and gets things done quickly. Was quick and simple to reduce my direct debit today.

Unfortunately my building uses a system that means we are all locked into contracts with Switch2 and the standing charges are high but cannot fault their customer service.

Phoned for first time, the call handler Paula whom I spoke too was very helpful and friendly towards me. I am normally quite nervous on the phone but Paula put me at ease.

Quick and easy service.

Customer service agent was very Polight during the car and quickly completed my query. Got through within a couple minutes to talk to someone.

AI robot at the start of the call really cannot understand you when try to say your post code. Despite being as clear and slow as possible.

It was my first experience

It was my first experience, as my last supplier has transferred my account to switch the deadline of 1st April. I called ahead was I wanted to get my direct debit arrangements sorted. Emma was great and located my new details quickly. And set out my direct debit.
