Kevin is great

Kevin was absolutely great. Booked us in very quickly, came the next day on time, and fixed what turned out to be a bigger issue than initially suspected. Tested things thoroughly and was a pleasure to have around.

Now our heating’s working well and my morning’s been all the better for having met Kevin and his great attitude.

Very poor service from Switch2

Very helpful person on the phone. However I was calling for an update on an urgent engineer visit arranged yesterday as our heating isn’t working. They had no record of this and no engineer would have been scheduled had I not called for an update. Now without hearing for 20+ hours.

Top customer service

Robert was our engineer today, he conducted the inspection with 100% respect to us and the property. He considerate as im I have MS and currently poorly. He showed pofessioliesm and communicated elegantly explaning his process and finding and after care.
He was excellent. Im satisfied everythings working well and will continue to do so until the next annual check up.
