From start to finish and throughput the whole experience we were looked after very well making the entire process very enjoyable. The whole staff at Sytner were friendly and very helpful. Joshua Rowley was Our sales executive who made us feel welcome from the start. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was very attentive to all our needs. I've just bought an Audi A6 from Derby Audi, and the service from Ethan on the sale has been second to none, can't thank you enough, the process from viewing the car to the purchasing was fantastic so thank you. Best car buying experience ever
Just purchased a Q5 and could not have been more satisfied with the process from the team at Derby Audi. Mark was excellent and extremely helpful and got all the paperwork completed in under 90 mins. Also thanks to the lovely lady in reception who looked after our dog...all the staff we're super friendly!! Would highly recommend this dealership and we will be back when our current lease expires on our other car.
