Outstanding service from first introduction/visit to the property by Louise followed by equal support from the wider office based (Rhea) team thereafter. I was updated routinely with progress during critical stages of the purchase and left in no doubt the company had my interests at heart. I think I have found my final home, but if not, I’ll seek the services of Tailor Made in the future.

From Tennant to Homeowner
The team at TMM are all great, good regular communication over the 4 years of rental I was with them (June 22-June 26) and any issues were dealt with efficiently.
Recently, I managed to purchase one of their properties which became available and again, it was smooth and as expected with regular communication allowing a seamless transfer from rental exit to purchase entry date.
Rachel and Innes in the rental team and Travis for house purchase are all worthy of positive mentions.

Straight forward,great service
I called a few companies before Taliormade moves, but on contacting them, I knew they were the company for me. Katherine gave me confidence in all that they were going to offer me, and this was the case. I was so delighted that the first viewer put an offer in, and everything was completed quickly and professionally.

Travis has been very professional and attentive throughout my buying process. As this is my first property I was unsure of certain things, however Travis put these queries to rest and was very helpful with any questions and information about the property I viewed. He was quick to respond as well as being friendly and polite. The whole process so far has been smooth and straightforward. After speaking with another estate agent who came off pushy and demanding, coming to Tailormade moves was refreshing and calm. I would highly recommend Tailormade moves to others
