Driver did not turn up and did not inform me. I had to call and still have no written confirmation of the cancellation nor that I will be refunded.
Eventually I received an email apology - and refund.
Meanwhile I missed the funeral I was supposed to go to and had to ring round to find alternative transport

Avoid. I made the booking for the Christmas Day on the 22nd December. I wanted to cancel it on the 23rd before my driver was even assigned but I was told that cancellation is not possible and no refund can be issued. So I’m forced to use the service now and pay even though I don’t actually need it. It should be made very clear during the booking that cancellation is not possible when I make the booking two days before using the service.

We were delighted with the service
We were delighted with the service, text messages were sent with the driver name and time of arrival. We were kept informed during our train journey down to London and picked up at a place which was convenient to us as we couldn't see the street mentioned in the text message. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely use them again and recommend to all who ask.
