Can't recommened TDS NI enough. everytime I have an issue needing resolved, it is resolved within moments. These guys are always ont he ball! Thanks for all your help!

Having provided evidence of Damage, Missing furniture and rent arrears! TDS has found in favour of the tenant because my contract didn't specify using the deposit for rent arrears. On appeal I pointed out that the deposit wouldn't cover the Damage and missing furniture. Someone in TDS who signs themselves

I have to agree with the reviewer beneath this post,
I have used them for 4 yrs but year after year they find in favour of the tenant.
I have found their judgement on disputes biased on many occasions in favour of tenants.
I no longer use their services and have gone to my deposits ni.

Excellent service from both Eamonn and Sean. Really helpful and make understanding the service easy to learn. No matter what or how silly a question i have for them, they always go out of the way to help.

We have used TDS to protect Deposits from the offset. In the height of summer unfortunately for Eamonn and Sean, I often need to call them with queries and issues and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I find them very helpful, very reliable and we have a great working relationship with TDS and long may it continue.

Good response with emails, got a problem I had sorted quickly. Website was a slight struggle at one point. Once the issue was fixed everything was fine.

A terribly incompetent organisation. With respect, the few individuals that I had dealings with appeared to be lacking the skills required to complete their duties, which was made evident by incoherent rambling emails, an inability to respond to some questions until asked multiple times, the repetitive raising of irrelevant points and poor spelling and grammar throughout. Although frustrating, unqualified staffing issues can usually be forgiven. However, this company are in control of large sums of money which makes me very uncomfortable and I would suggest to any landlord to consider alternative methods of deposit protection until such times that TDSNI provide staff with the training they desperately require.
