From start to finish everything went perfect. Good advice and planning from Graig at Stockton, and SPS plumbers did a great job, they ensured everything went smoothly and all packages and redundant equipment removed.

A mixed experience to be honest kitchen supply process was positive and fitting process good however fitters recommended by tecaz despite fitting kitchen disappeared and never returned to sort out some residual work contacted tecaz to advise but radio silence realize fitters are separate from tecaz disappointed that despite recommending the fitters they took no responsibility to chase them up to return a slightly disappointing experience to be honest

Well, what can I say? Michael Singh at Tecaz Portrack branch knows how to get the job done, give that man a raise! He is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he talked us through every little detail. Our bathroom looks a million bucks and I highly reccomend anyone in search of a new bathroom to drag your bottoms down to Tecaz and find him. The whole experience has exceeded our expectations and we are truly very happy customers. Bathrooms are a lot of money but it's money well spent at Tecaz.

Web sales and Sunderland branch (Paul/Barny) were excellent in helping me solving a problem I had with an item I purchased, definitely a 5 star service; on the other hand the Stockton branch were the complete opposite which I would have given 1 star.

Brilliant displays, friendly staff.. lots of choice.. well priced and if you spend time looking around lots of high quality products at great prices. I tell friends it should be your first go to for kitchens and bathrooms.

I ordered a shower door online. Catherine from the websales team was very helpful twice. The first was when the order was set to arrive later than planned and she managed to change this quickly and the 2nd time was when part of the item arrived damaged. A replacement part was ordered quickly and I was kept updated. Great customer service.

We visited Tecaz in Stockton and we were served by Lisa, she bent over backwards to help us out with our request, and the quality, price and service was fantastic, defo recommend a visit to tecaz, thanks again Lisa

I would just like to take a minute to give thanks to Tiegan and Nadine for all of their time and effort. Over numerous visits to tecaz these two have been outstanding, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

They have offered a second to none service on each visit, giving help and advice, as well as ensuring all orders were handled in good time.

It's always nice to have a friendly face when you're in a pickle and I would recommend this pair to anyone, a credit to Tecaz

I recently had my en suite bathroom replaced by Tecaz. Michael Singh planned it for me giving me all my options and the various costs he was excellent. He arranged for a team of fitters Phil and his 2 sons who were lovely very professional and their standard of work was impeccable. It was a pleasure to deal with Michael who enabled me to achieve the beautiful bathroom I wanted at an affordable price I would definitely recommend Tecaz.

After having a nightmare with another local company, we hadn’t held out much hope of getting our dream en-suite. However, we spoke to Cameron at the North Shields store who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about everything, was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job. All of our needs were accommodated and we are over the moon. Highly recommend!

Who would think a toilet seat could be a problem? I bought a new toilet 7-8 yrs ago & wanted a new seat. Silly me thought they were pretty standard fitting but apparently not…..as I discovered after purchasing a wrong one. Thankfully, Kelly at Tecaz in North Shields has worked there for many years & solved the problem for me. So grateful.

We really needed to improve our very small bathroom in a hurry for visitors coming at New Year so we went to Tecaz in North Shields. Thankfully for us we were assisted by Craig who was so helpful & had extensive product knowledge. Despite the difficulties of finding ‘exactly’ what my wife wanted but which would actually ‘fit’ Craig was so pleasant & well mannered throughout & found the perfect products. Our visitors were so impressed that I had to write this review.

Been wanting to do my bathroom now for a very long time and been in many other stores but either didn't see what I wanted or felt the member of staff was to full on.
Yet having went to the North shields branch I spoke to a designer called Barry he came to my house free of charge did my design in store free of charge.
I just felt at ease from being to end my bathroom is amazing I would definitely recommend Barry and tecaz to anyone thanks so much

First of all be aware they do not honour any sort of cooling off period, once you order with Tecaz that’s it your money is theirs. In theory, if you discover your goods are damaged they have to refund but judging by the many horror stories from other reviews they won’t do that without a fight.
My elderly mother was quoted £60 delivery charge to get the goods she’d just purchased delivered 3.7 miles so she first asked to cancel the order. Despite the fact there’d be no demonstrable cost incurred to the company to do this as she’d literally just paid they brusquely refused so she opted to arrange for my brother to collect it for her. Upon getting home and reading the plethora of negative online reviews we were fearful of receiving damaged goods and, as they haven’t delivered themselves, being vulnerable to Tecaz claiming it’s the courier at fault and refusing to refund/ replace. So with this in mind she checked the delivery charge online and was pleased to see it quoted as £30. However when checking back with the store they said (in the rude, abrasive manner she’d become accustomed to with this company) no it’s £60 it’s a 2 man job- which seems odd that it’s available for £30 online still. Reluctantly she agreed as it wasn’t worth risking the full cost of the order should the goods arrive damaged.
The goods were delivered today, by one man who, when questioned said the job only needed him. So my mother, who by now quite annoyed by the woeful customer service and general contempt with which they’ve been treated, called Tecaz to be promptly lied to that it is a 2 man job and his colleague hadn’t turned up for work. She informed the lady that that is contrary to what she’d been told and this was met with silence.
All things considered she’s only £30 down but would like to warn others of how this business treats people as it’s truly a case of caveat emptor with these guys! I’d recommend reading their response to online negative reviews to understand the level of customer service.

This company must go down as the worst lve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 60 years on this earth . Although they recommended the fitter and instructed the granite worktop they say they are only a supply company . I was more than happy with the fitter who did a great job . I will get a response saying we don’t have our own fitter to be fair he was the only saving grace . The worktop is still an issue it’s now January 2025 my kitchen journey started 20th January 2024 the reply again will be we are only a supply company .
This supply company could not supply me with a kitchen first there was a three week delay . Next was the missing parts and the wrongly ordered parts
The dealing with the customer care was a complete fiasco . There words not mine they will be no compensation we are a supply company only we supplied you . If l can stop one person from going through what l had to endure l will be happy. They are quick enough to take your money no wonder they want full payment before your kitchen is ordered they haven’t got a clue what there doing from the salesman to the planner and finally to the customer care .
As your response the granite company isn’t my concern they have been upfront throughout the process . The problem is Tecaz as a company thanks for your reply

I contacted Tecaz at Stockton today to see if they could do a price match. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Amy and Lisa. Thank you ladies for sorting my order.
