Visited Tecaz in Pennywell today looking for a new bathroom suite...Lisa was so helpful, listened to what we were after and she was so thorough in showing us all the options. She had so much patience for us and answered all our queries which resulted in us purchasing a beautiful suite we are really happy with! Thank you so much Lisa, you're a diamond!

Best bathroom store we have ever used, been using this company for 10 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, top communication from customer service, very friendly and always happy to help.
Order fulfilment is always top notch too.
The website is also very informative and clear.

We sourced 10 bathrooms and 5 kitchens for our boutique hotel from Tikaz Newcastle. Each design was unique, and the granite finishes made everything look truly luxurious. The showroom is huge—with over 150 bathroom and 40 kitchen displays—offering everything from super-premium styles to budget-friendly alternatives. Poul was fantastic, matched prices, and handled everything from start to finish. A hidden gem we’ll keep coming back to.

The team at Tecaz, Pennywell, were fantastic. We visited to get some ideas for a bathroom upgrade. Paul has all the time in the world for customers. He took us for a tour of options available and gave great sound advice for our upgrade. They have great offers at hand and we were comfortable not being rushed to make decisions. Less than 1 week from ordering to delivery.

Tecaz provided an excellent service and brilliant quality products. We wanted to add an ensuite to a bedroom and replace our existing bathroom. Gary was amazing! He communicated every process from starting the design to completion and answered every query we had. A great experience with Tecaz- would definitely use them again.

From start to finish the team at the North Shields branch were fantastic. Our plan was to install an en- suite into a bedroom as well as completely ripping out our upstairs bathroom and having a complete replacement. 'Gary' came to our home and we talked through our plans and measurements etc. We then visited the North Shields branch and picked our tiles, bath, sinks and showers etc. Once we were happy with the selection we agreed a date for the fitting. Special thanks to the guy they supplied to do the work 'Paul' I think he's superhuman... All works complete in less than 2 weeks and an immaculate finish all round, couldn't be happier. Big thanks to Shirley for helping with our initial enquiry and keeping in contact throughout. More than happy to 100% recommend.

Had a great experience with Tecaz, from our first meeting with Mo planning our bathroom, to fitters doing a fabulous job.

Shocking experience
I ordered a cloakroom toilet and sink
Upon collection I noticed the sink was much bigger than I ordered as I checked my receipt apparently this was the one I had paid for as I pointed it out to the staff my sink was much smaller so I should get a refund apparently not they were the same price and to top it off as the smaller sink that I had ordered had to be delivered from the supplier to Pennywell and then to Stockton the Manager (Martin) decided it would cost me an extra 60 pound for them delivering the wrong sink I did however reluctantly get a straight swap in the end as I refused to pay the extra delivery cost but in all honesty words fail me how bad this company is they are not interested in customer service In my opinion they try and rinse you for every penny they should employ the staff to wear masks I would never use them again

Tecaz recommended me a bathroom fitter Adam Smith from Whitley Bay. What lovely man very polite friendly gets 20 ⭐️out of 10⭐️ for the job I added a bit of pressure and asked if he could try and finish a day earlier as had a family funeral to attend on the 5th day and he came up trumps 👍👍so professional and tidied up every day when he finished would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a bathroom fitter he’s your man.

Tecaz made this experience great and easy with their sales team providing insights and not pushing their agenda.
Michael Singh our salesman was outstanding from meeting him in the showroom, him coming to our home and returning phone calls and emails when requested.
The bathroom fitters Chris, Henry and Liam were a credit to the business and themselves.
A top-class finish but always offering guidance in their professional opinion as to extra fittings if we wanted more.
When finished their offer to come out if there was any problems was great to hear and gave you peace of mind.

I had a massive problem with an order and Adam the manager sorted it out straight away. He was polite and got it all sorted. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how they deal with it.

I am so impressed with Elaine her friendliness her expertise and her phenomenal memory make conversations with her so easy! She remembered my order from five months ago and was able to point me in the right direction for an additional wall unit for my bathroom! She is a pleasure to know!!

This is my second time going through Elaine to get a bathroom done and I knew I’d get the same first class service as before.
Elaine really knows her stuff, she understood exactly what I’d like and offered brilliant advice on what would and wouldn’t work. Elaine is super friendly and helpful and recommended the same brilliant fitters who provided excellent service again. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience

Elaine at Tecaz was fantastic!
Elaine was super helpful when it came to designing my new bathroom and choosing the right products within my budget. Gave great advice and made the whole process easy and efficient. When I had a problem with ordering my tiles Elaine responded outside of normal hours with alternative options which was going above and beyond! She liased with the fitters and ensured everything ran smoothly!

Edit to add: please do your own due diligence with the fitters or use your own you can rely on. I went with Tecaz's fitters, had my bathroom installed in June, it is now November and it's still not finished. Constantly chasing the plumber to finish the last few jobs and still waiting. Minimal follow up from Tecaz, despite my reaching out to them for help with the issues. As a first time buyer who saved for years to get a new bathroom this has been so disappointing and stressful. Please learn from my mistake and never pay the full amount until every single thing complete no matter how genuine they seem!

Had our kitchen replaced, Excellent design from Kev and fitted by Phil. Would highly recommend Phil for any other work, professional, organised and did well to co-ordinate the other tradesmen to come in and complete the electrical, plastering and plumbing work. The appliances were late but that's no fault of tecaz or Phil, Phil did well to work round this and fitted them same day they arrived.

Used Tecaz previously for the kitchen and bathrooms, due to their excellent service decided to use them again for the remaining bathroom refurb. Again excellent design and attention to detail from Michael Singh, nothing is ever a problem and his attentive attitude is second to none. The fitting itself was completed again by Norman and Phil who are excellent at what they do, they work in a professional and tidy manner and are completely trustworthy in your home. I recommend Tecaz to anyone who wants to transform their home I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Grant & Marie.

I recently had my bathroom completely redone and went to Tecaz for the products and design help. Elaine was amazing throughout the whole process. She helped me design the layout, choose everything I needed, and even put me in touch with excellent fitters.

She really took the stress out of the whole thing — nothing was too much trouble, and her knowledge and advice were spot on. Now that the bathroom is finished, it’s genuinely my favourite room in the house.

We wanted a new bathroom fitted,
Called in to tecaz and Karen said she would organise everything from design to fitting.
Everything went very well, impressed with finish, karl and Paul did a great job so we returned to tecaz and decided to have new kitchen designed and fitted by tecaz ,Karen took the order and payment ,gave us the costs for fitting and tiling.
Richard the kitchen fitter was great did a perfect job, we were told by tecaz that the tiler was not available and was not comming at all.
We presumed Karen would organise for another tiler and get in touch with us, after numerous E-mails and loads of phone calls Karen gave us another number for a tiler, I had to phone him to get a quote. Shocked when he wanted £650 for fitting 39 tiles. We already had a fixed price from tecaz £300 No contact from tecaz to see if we had tiling sorted. After sales service shocking.
Arranged our own tiler who just finished yesterday, had to wait 5 weeks from kitchen fitted.
We know tecaz are going to say Karen is self employed and not connected with tecaz in any way,
Karen took our money, why would someone not working for tecaz take payment.
The fitters get all there work through tecaz organised by Karen.

Start to finish was perfect David at the pennywell branch was so lovely and helpful , the two fitters who fitted my bathroom Scott and his son were amazing very clean and tidy the work is outstanding couldn’t of asked for better. Really pleased and will 100% be using this company for my kitchen next , thank you all so much , Jo xxx
