We used Tecaz to help design and organise a fitter for our bathroom. Although the fitter was self employed, he works closely with Peter who helped tremendously with ideas and suggestions on making the bathroom smart and very usable. We are hoping to do another project, a downstairs utility toilet, and have already visited the showroom to arrange a survey to be done.

I would like to thank Amy in tecaz Stockton what a valuable member of staff she is. Amy went above and over to help me with my shower today. She even offered to deliver it herself. Tecaz in Stockton was a fantastic find. First for bathrooms (Paul) and then the kitchen (Kev). The service is amazing and they are extremely helpful. They are easy to get hold of. They solve issues immediately. I used one of their independent kitchen fitters, and because he has been doing their work for years, he knows everyone and sorted out the issues we had, without me having to get involved at all. Julia in the delivery section is also fantastic, efficient and so helpful. Very nice to deal with a company that has a personal touch.

A massive, big thank you to Elaine and her team who have done a brilliant job creating our new bathroom. We absolutely love it, as does everyone who has seen it. We would have 100% confidence in recommending them to anyone.

Elaine, my designer, is a lovely lady who is very knowledgable, she listens to you, takes notice of what you like and understands your style/needs. She knows her products at Tecaz, they do have a lot of choice and styles to suit everyone. Elaine gives great advice and recommendations which stands out on the quality of the finish. She also helps to save wherever possible on the overall cost, without any compromise in style or quality.

Elaine is so enthusiastic about her work and is always at hand to sort out any queries you may have. Straight away I felt very comfortable and knew we were in good hands. A start date was given and everything went ahead on time, as planned.

Elaine’s bathroom fitting team, Lee and Pete, are nice guys, they worked really hard. They were very reliable and punctual each day. They have done a fantastic job, the quality of the finish and craftsmanship of their work is excellent. They also listen to what you want, give good andvice and excel at what they do. They have pride in their work, wanting to make everything perfect. They are respectful of your property and leave everything clean and tidy.

We have been doing a house renovation and have had five bathrooms supplied by Tecaz. We’ve worked with Elaine and from the off, she has been amazing. She helped me think about the purpose of each bathroom, how they should be designed, what we could fit in etc. Elaine then spent many appointments showing us around the showroom with different products. From deciding on the bathrooms Elaine has then been amazing with the final touches.
The products from Tecaz are very reasonably priced and there is a huge selection. The showroom is no frills, but you’re not buying the showroom experience, you’re buying a bathroom! Elaine and all the staff have been great. We would recommend Tecaz.

When I first decided to renovate my bathroom, I wasn’t quite sure where to start—until I walked into the store and met Elaine. She had that rare mix of warmth and expertise that immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, she seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for, even the parts I couldn’t quite put into words. Together, we picked out the perfect bathroom suite, tiles, and finishes. She guided me through colours, layouts, and styles, making the whole process feel effortless and even fun.

Once everything was chosen, it was time for the real magic to happen—and that’s where Phil and Tom came in. As the fitters from Tcaz, they arrived with a level of professionalism and precision that impressed me from the start. They worked seamlessly together, each move purposeful, each detail carefully considered.

Phil handled much of the intricate installation work, making sure every fixture lined up perfectly. Tom took charge of the fine details—tiling, sealing, and finishing—turning each corner and surface into something that looked like it belonged in a showroom. They kept everything tidy, communicated clearly, and treated my home with respect.

Day by day, the room transformed. What had once been an outdated bathroom became a space that felt fresh, modern, and almost spa-like. And when they finally stepped back and told me it was finished, I could hardly believe it was the same room.

Thanks to Elaine’s guidance in choosing the design and Phil and Tom’s skilled craftsmanship in fitting it, the bathroom is now one of my favourite places in the house. Every time I walk in, I’m reminded of how smooth the process was and how brilliantly Tcaz delivered from start to finish

From first entering Tecaz (North Shields) to look at bathroom fittings, the help and advice I was given was first class. Elaine planned out the bathroom to my requirements, adding ideas and advice , which I found extremely helpful. Lee and Peter have fitted a beautiful bathroom . They worked meticulously throughout and were great friendly guys to have around.

Just wanted to say that the experience we have had over a number of years with Tecaz (in particular the owner Paul) has been amazing.
Paul has personally dropped materials in out of ours to our property to make sure we were not let down.

I am absolutely over the moon with my bathroom I received from Tecaz. The whole experience was a dream from the get go. Elaine my designer came up with ideas I didn’t think of and definitely didn’t think I’d be able to do given the size of my bathroom however after coming out to my house with her recommended fitter Phil they both assured me even though my bathroom was small the possibility’s were endless. The fitters recommended by Elaine were a credit to her exactly how she said they were polite tidy and do a good job. So big thank you to Phil and Tom

Just wanted to say a big Thankyou to Paul and his team at Sunderland! 5 star treatment, we needed quite a list of bathroom and kitchen units. Flooring and tiles, there was nothing he couldn’t help us with. Never need to go anywhere else! Highly recommend to anyone. These guys are amazing 🤩 👌

Supplied a new bathroom, Peter from Tecaz North Shields planned it with us and suggested a new layout which has worked perfectly. Paul fitted the bathroom and was very professional and quick. The end result is perfect, a quality bathroom at an affordable price fitted by a skilled fitter. Would recommend

I have been into the Pennywell store today, and the service I have received from Lisa has been exceptional. I have been to a number of bathroom suppliers over the past couple of weeks and I’ve been really struggling to find a bathroom for the budget I had. Lisa went out her way to show me what could be done within my budget and helped accommodate tiles within the budget too. Lisa was very friendly and her service alone has made me want to use Tecaz for my kitchen and en-suite. I will definitely be back and will 100% be checking when Lisa is on shift.

We have just had our bathroom redesigned by Elaine (North Shields), and fitted last week. Elaine's customer service is outstanding, she is so knowledgable about every single element of creating a bathroom to the highest specification, whilst ensuring she takes the customers wants and needs into consideration. She is enthusiastic and helpful, and made the whole experience a dream from start to finish. She organised everything including a team of fitters, Lee & Peter who were excellent at their job. Helpful, friendly and their standard of workmanship was impeccable.

What an ordeal, I placed my order ready to collect.
Once it arrived in store I arranged for someone to help me collect it (because I don't have a car).
Once in store, I had to wait 30 minutes, because they were understaffed and needed 2 people to go to the warehouse and they couldn't leave the tills unattended.
Then they couldn't find the sink I'd ordered so I had to arrange to go back for this.
I also chose the wrong taps so they had to change them for me and order in the right ones (which fair enough this was my mistake).
I finally received a phone call to say my order was ready for collection and went to collect the sink and new taps.
Upon inspection of the sink - they had given me the wrong one) so this then had to be changed.
Drove all the way home only to discover that they had also given me the wrong taps!
I rang them up to see if they could post out the correct tap to me, but 'No' they wouldn't do that and were very unoblidging and unsympathetic.
Now I am very pixxxed off because I now have find someone to give me a lift back to Tecaz for the 3rd time now, just to get the correct tap in time for the plumber fitting it next week.
So here's my verdict on Tecaz.
They are unhelpful and unwilling to do anything constructive to help. When I phoned them up regarding them giving me the wrong taps, they just repeated the same automated sentences back to me in parrot fashion (that there had been a mix up in the warehouse, there was nothing they could do about it, and they were very sorry for the inconvenience).
How hard is it to post out the correct tap to me (especially as this was their mistake).
I'm now losing count at the amount of journeys I've made to their shop and guess what Tecaz - I don't want your sincere apologies, I want a competent service!
You have most definitely lost my custom and I shall certainly not be recommending you to anyone else anytime soon. 😡

Excellent service from start to finish. Kelly and Rob provided excellent customer service and advice when picking our new bathroom and Paul the fitter was an absolute machine with top workmanship. Overall a great experience! Cheers

We wanted a new bathroom so called in Tecaz to look around their massive showroom. After getting help from Lisa we soon found what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa, she was very knowledgeable and friendly helping us choose and getting us a good price. We would definitely recommend Tecaz if you're looking for a new bathroom.

Highly recommend Tecaz at pennywell! From start to finish with me not having a clue what I'm after to finally (and I say finally with ease after a major dilemma) to then having our gorgeous bathroom. Teigan was so so so patient and helpful throughout my purchase, then return, then purchase, then return haha! Done absolutely everything she could do to help and even chased up delivery drivers for me making sure I got my deliveries asap. Will 100% recommend to friends and family for their bathroom reno's!

Lisa from the Pennywell branch was so helpful and friendly when I was trying to pick a new bathroom. She went out of her way to assist me and we had a laugh at the same time. Great experience.

I would highly recommend the service received from Tecaz, Sunderland. Paul and his team were super helpful. Please give them a try and support small family business. There’s some real bargains and deals to be had. Recently bought an Emerald toilet and basin set which are great quality at a great price. I thought I couldn't afford the taps/waterproof bath panel, but after discussions it was agreed to price match, to a national DIY chain, I was going to use.
