My experience with Techsil was first-rate. I initially called and spoke witha girl over the phone, who was very honest and told me I would get a better price and more importantly free delivery by placing my order through the online service. She also informed me that the product I required would be at least 2 days but would be with me when I needed it, which it was.
After placing my online order, I received an email each day giving me the status of my order and the ability to track it if needed and then a followup email once delivery had been confirmed.
Overrall great customer service and a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Poor stock knowledge leading me to believe you had the product had to wait over 6 days.
Price not competitive for me to make a margin.
Delivery did come on time when I was informed so your delivery did stand up very well.

I'll start with the only thing i didn't like; the delivery cost was a bit high......Aside from that the service was excellent, my order arrived when they said it would, i was kept well informed of any delays/issues and its a quality product. Just wish there were other, cheaper delivery options for smaller orders like mine.

Ordered from Techsil very easily and hassle free, item was delivered the next day - perfect!

I had tried 2 different Smooth-On Platinum products to make a complex 3 part mould but found them not up to the job.
I came across this product on yet another trawl of the web!
I ordered over the phone and found it a delightful change that someone on the other end wanted to chat!
The order and technical advice process was both friendly and on the money. The product was delivered on time too.
It's more expensive than Smooth-On but 10 times better. You get what you pay for!

Having tried and been disappointed with all the usual glue guns (as needless to say perhaps I use them quite a lot), I have spent a bit but not a lot more on the tec 305 and so far there all the signs of a good performance.

Everything done easily and quickly on line. Easy payment using paypal , other payment options also available. Next day delivery. less than 24 hrs from ordering to arriving. Cant fault service like that

I have had six orders delivered this year and each one of them has been either delivered on or slightly before my required delivery date. This is brilliant. Their customer service is excellent and is great at letting you know the status of your order and giving you advance notice of any improvements in delivery or safety stocks needing topping up depending on our current demand.

Helpfull and friendly staff that will always do their best to meet your needs and requirements.knowledgeable about the product they sell, and the applications they can use them in.Will advise on applications and other uses if required.

Quick to use, dispatched quickly, would have been nice to recieve email confirmation of the order.
