Ordered Saturday morning arrived Saturday night. My son is very happy with his new double bed. Excellent service

It came as expected with everything needed to assemble the bunk intact. It was very easy to assemble it as well.

I received the order and opened the next day. The item is cosmetically damaged and the parts are incorrect making the item unsafe to use and not structurally safe for anyone to use. I have contacted 3 people and not got a response that is suitable. The item hasn't been used and put back into the boxes as it's not safe to use. I am still awaiting a response for something to be done and I'm being passed from pillow to post. I would not recommend this company. Avoid at all costs.

Quick delivery date and price. Thou the delivery time was very late being delivered at 22-45 hrs..

From the start if the order is was kept fully informed and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my order came. I ordered the bed 7pm Friday night and it was at my house by 5 on the Saturday. I was very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

Absolutely amazing. I ordered a bed from them at 1120am on a Saturday, hoping for next day delivery. By 3pm the same day they had called to say it could be delivered that night between 7-9pm. This was a godsend as we needed the bed urgently. But I really feel they went above and beyond and this is just how they do business. Would recommend them to anyone. Bed arrived just as ordered, was comfortable to sleep on and kindly delivered to a first floor flat by helpful delivery team. And I only spent £305 with them. Just excellent, thank you so much.

I ordered a bed from Tendersleep on Sat 17th about midday to be delivered to my caravan. Shortly after I received a notification I would receive delivery same day between 7pm and 9pm. I thought no chance and wondered if I’d made a mistake. To my surprise I received a text at 7pm to tell me the driver was 45 mins away. I then received a couple of messages from the driver, met him to help him find my caravan and took delivery of the bed. Amazing service, so I’m very happy to award these guys 5 stars

A great company all-round fast and friendly delivery and communicates

I had a great experience with Tender sleep, l ordered in the morning and the bed was on my doorstep by 10pm the same day. The bed was great for the price and the delivery drivers were helpful aswell.

Mum ordered my bed in late morning it came same day they even put it into a late night after 11pm slot so I could move out of my old and into my new home then they turned up so I didn't have to go a night on the floor I have bad back and they put it in the room I wanted thank you

I bought a bed from this company within 21 days the base of bed crack company is refusing to replace the base, please do not buy from this company they are scammers selling cheap and faulty goods

Really good service. Let me choose delivery day. They phoned the day before asking if possible to deliver that day I agreed and had it within 2 hours also got a call just before they were arriving. The bed is OK and my son said mattresses was really comfortable. For the price I paid I am really pleased with it.

Purchased a double divan bed, amazing purchase for a brilliant price.

Other than an slight mix up with delivery days I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.

Would also like to say the delivery man was very pleasant and contacted me several times to keep me up to date with delivery times.

I am happy with the bed and had good service from Tender Sleep Furniture. We were kept up to date with items ordered and delivery date and time.
The delivery was on time and the guys were polite and professional.

Easy to order. Didn't have my order and got call to say about a different option. Delivery driver was great and so patient.

Bed met expectations but the delivery personel was unhelpful as a women on my own and at 10.30 at night I would have expected them too put it in my hallway for me and not leave it at the front door.
