Great value and quality and delivered on the day we ordered

Delivery was abit late (22:11) but all in all glad it was delivered on the same date still, delivery man was very helpful helped my partner get it up the stairs and was very easy to assemble.

I ordered a single bed for my nan with next-day delivery, and honestly, I’m so impressed. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and super easy to deal with. And the bed itself? Sturdy, well-made, and really comfortable. It arrived right on time and has made a real difference for her. The guys carried it upstairs for her and was having a joke and laugh with my nan which made her happy. Couldn’t be happier. Absolutely five stars.

I ordered a single divan bed with 2 draws great price as on sale also got the 9 to 10in mattress. They turned up th next day which was great but on inspection i noticed one of the draws was damaged so I contacted them through WhatsApp as they use it for contact.
After a couple of days they said they would change it within 5 days and they did so in all very happy with service and products.

Ordered a double bed with 4 drawers and it was delivered the next day. Delivered by 2 delivery men who were polite and respectful of the property. The bed was in immaculate condition and is perfect. Would highly recommend this company.

Genuine review ignore all the positive reviews. Ordered a bed then messaged to say delivery next day between 6-8pm. Then said fabric headboard I ordered in light grey wasn't in stock so it will be dark grey velvet. Then delivery changed to Mon and promised to deliver. 5 days later still waiting on the bed. They haven't answered my emails. I wouldn't have minded if it was a week for delivery but just be honest and upfront. I even took a day off work to take delivery and no delivery. They don't answer their phone absolutely ridiculous service. I paid on my credit card so just waiting on the time I can put in a claim to get the money back..... Shocking disgraceful service

⭐️ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a bed in a specific size, but the bed that was delivered is larger than the size I ordered, meaning it does not fit properly in the space it was purchased for.

To make matters worse, when the bed was delivered, the delivery man told me “pay us then I’ll bring it inside.” I had already arranged and paid for the bed, and I felt pressured into paying before he would even bring it into the house.

I paid in cash and am now trying to get my money back because the product I received is not what I ordered. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience and wasted time.

I am very unhappy with how this whole situation has been handled. I expect the company to take responsibility and provide a full refund. If this is not resolved properly, I will be taking the matter further.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

Great delivery men! bed is great quality for the price! Maybe a slight mix up with the invoice but was all sorted on delivery i have already recommended this company to 3 people and we’ve only had it for 2 days!

I'm happy with my Divan bed, only issue I faced that they changed the time twice for the delivery, and finally the delivered. Delivery guys were gentle.

I ordered the sofa. Delivered on time. Delivery guys were nice they assembled the sofa for me. I will use again.
