This is the best chocolate that I have ever had. I am a wee bit of a connaisseur as I lived in Brussels for a while and tasted all the fancy chocolatiers. This will not disappoint. Happiness in à box.

I have purchased from the choccy smiths semi-regularly over the past two years and my lord are they divine!!
The quality is out of this world, and though they are on the pricier side I am more than happy to pay it for the ethical improvements and to support a small family owned and run business!! My waist line is also enjoying the less, but better quality chocolate approach too!!

The chocolate quality is amazing
The chocolate quality is amazing. You can really taste how much thought and effort has gone into the product.
Order process was easy and it arrived in a timely manner.
My only feedback would be is that as the chocolate quality is exceptional, this over powers the flavours sometimes of the fillings. I think fillings are flavorful alone, but are very subtle when eaten with the chocolate

Absolutely THE BEST chocolate I have ever tasted. I am not a huge caramel fan but The Chocolate Smiths caramel is something else and not like 'normal' caramel, it is sooo tasty! The black forest bar has got to be my favourite, it is lush! Very talented team and a fabulous small business to support. Total value for money, even the packaging it comes in is fabulous and extremely well thought out and designed... love this business, well done Steffi and team.

Amazing chocolate and something new
Amazing chocolate and something new that no other company are doing. They have incredible and amazingly different fillings that just stand out with flavour and texture. It’s the closest we will ever get to Willy wonka in our lifetime. With a dedicated hard working team that love what they do, and a constant presence on social media. High quality ingredients and all lovingly made by an amazing team. Just discovered the chocolate smiths in the last month and have already tried all the flavours. It’s a new addiction that I always enjoy once the little one goes to bed and I can finally relax on the sofa and crack open one of these incredible bars. Keep up the amazing work guys. It’s expensive chocolate, but so very worth it.

Maybe it just wasn’t my thing and I’ve been spoiled by other (better quality?) chocolate. Appreciate the work to try to replicate flavours. Nana’s biscuit tin was a fantastic idea but the flavours and textures were lost in what tasted like a milky bar! The baklava also disappointed as I was hoping for some crunchy consistency. Now I just have teeth covered in sugar and going to need a big cup of tea to restore my tastebuds! Great ideas but just sadly not delivered as well as they couldn’t be

What an absolute delight! The Chocolate Smiths not only make the most incredible chocolate bars, they deliver an entire experience! It is clear that this beautiful little business is run with passion and joy, which is passed on to customers through new, exciting recipes and gorgeously designed packaging. I made my first purchase two weeks ago…and I’ve just ordered a third! (Couldn’t resist the new bars in the Friday re-stock!). Not much taste, just sweet and bland
I decided to try this chocolate for the first time, I must say I am very disappointed with it, I bought the salted caramel brownie and the biscuit tin.
The biscuit one has not much taste and not much in the way of biscuit pieces, I can honestly say all I get is overwhelming sweet taste, the brownie is a little better, but again just to much sugar.
I really don't think it's worth the money, and I would not buy again.

I've had both chocolate bars and easter eggs from the Chocolate Smiths and the quality is just unbelievable! I have just tried the gold chocolate bar and it's the best chocolate bar I've ever tasted! Can't recommend enough!

I have a problem
Love ordering from the chocolate smiths. The chocolate is next level. Its expensive dont get me wrong but when you have it, it all makes sense. As soon as you open the package its a whole experience. They have thought of it all, everything is wrapped in quality materials and packaging. I have made an embarrasing amount of orders already and I dont think ill stop

The chocolate smith’s chocolate is by far my favourite. The quality is amazing. The taste is sensational.
I don’t mind paying a bit more for handcrafted chocolate. Yes it takes about 2 weeks to ship and that just shows how much time goes in to making the bars I am yet to be disappointed.
I am not vocal publicly about what I like and don’t like. I make the exception for the chocolate smiths because I just enjoy it that much. They say money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy these bars and that makes me happy.

Arrived damaged
I didn’t taste the chocolate (it looked delicious).
I ordered internationally.
The product arrived completely sealed on the outside. Not airport resealed after inspection.
My caramel bar was not wrapped properly. The label and foil weren’t folded tightly around the chocolate bar.
It was cracked and oozing out.
My biggest mistake is I didn’t photograph it. I disposed of it as being a food item, looked risky to consume.
Then decided to let the company know. They didn’t offer to replace. I understand without a photo, but I’m truthful and would have preferred a replacement.
Their inner box packaging is fun and made me smile.
Good shipping time, customer service for complaints is poor.
