The Duvet Store Reviews

Quick delivery, very lovely product, beautifully packaged. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Would have given 5 stars but your delivery company DPD let you down by not following my instructions to leave in my garage which they confirmed they would do, instead of which they left it in the front garden by my sons car, luckily I got a neighbour to pick it up before someone else did.
This is the second of these all seasons down duvets I have purchased and would give five stars for them as they are good quality, very light and warm, service from the Duvet store was excellent just a shame about the delivery company DPD, would not recommend them at all.

Great quality sheets. Fast delivery.

The fitted sheets we ordered fit well, are good quality and were reasonably priced. I would buy from this company again.

Great duvet, great company. My second purchase from them and another top quality product! First time got a 15 tog for winter and was so happy with it, when our lighter weight one gave up the ghost it was a natural choice to go to the duvet store for a replacment. So much better quality than my previous purchases from a big high street name!

Prompt delivery
Good product

Great experience yet again - I wanted to buy a summer duvet but having bought and paid for it I realised I had ordered a size too small. Rang and spoke to Tony who cancelled the order, advised on Tog and got me the right size! Prompt delivery too - I asked not to send with Evri as they do not have a good delivery record here so they sent with DPD and bingo! No problems at all. Thank you - best place for linen, duvets, mattress toppers, duvets...

The Duvet Store is excellent. I have just purchased a goose down pillow from them and have also used the company in the past. Their products are of high quality and the Customer Service is first class. They use highly reputable couriers so the delivery service is fantastic.

Amazing quality as usual great company to deal with. Into the detail if required. Value for money v competition on a like for like basis fab

Great duvets with a personal touch.

We've bought duvets from this store before, despite living in the U.S. This time, we wanted to go for a king size. It's honestly a little small for an American king bed, but it works. And it's a perfect summer weight. I had some questions about the product (the line has changed since we last bought), and got really good, clear advice via email. There was also some confusion about ordering a cover, but that was cleared up and the Duvet Store covered the extra shipping charge. Just be warned, the tariffs are now high... I don't blame the Duvet Store, but U.S. customers should know.

Great customer service and a great duvet! Thanks Mandi

Great value for money and first class service

Excellent duvet! Just the right level of warmth (7.5) and very light in weight. Lovely 'feel' to this product plus it's anti-allergy. Delivered as promised and with a sensible amount of packaging.

Excellent quality. Soft and silky. Good fit for the emperor bed. Arrived quickly.

Very quick delivery and a great product, it may even solve our hot and cold body problem.

Phone call was straight. the staff helpful. The order was delivered the following day as advised. Service first class. Will use the company again

Tony/ Marc provided amazing customer service and support. I found them both super helpful. The delivery arrived within two days of the order being placed.
I have not seen the product yet, as this was ordered for my client; however, I am sure it will be perfect.

The items we ordered were delivered the followimg day.
The sheets we chose are excellent quality and a perfect fit
