All the fish came nicely packed and shipped. The directions for tempering the fish to the water were excellent! They are all doing well. The Kissing Guarami are so cute and the Beta is Gorgeous. We have named him "Sugar." The Tiger Barbs chase each other all day long. Although your shipping cost is very high, we won't hesitate to order from you again. Thank you.

Kissing Gourami really are little cuties, and “Sugar” is a great name for your betta. And yep—Tiger Barbs basically treat the tank like their personal racetrack!
Also, totally hear you on the shipping cost. We pack and ship live fish overnight with lots of insulation and supplies to keep them safe, so it can get pricey—but we really appreciate you being willing to give us a shot again.

Amazing experience from an amazing company!
Having ordered previously, I was excited to receive my order again! I was not disappointed! Stunning fish, all healthy and arrived on time! My previous orders were shared with others but this one was all for me. I have a 150 gallon tank I have spent almost a year getting ready and now I can’t take my eyes off it! The fish, along with my scape truly made my dream tank come to life and made it everything I was hoping for! Everything from the customer service to receiving my order was far and away my most pleasant experience for an order and one I hope to duplicate when I get ready for the second and final phase of the aquarium project! In my eyes definitely a top notch experience from an amazing company! Keep up the great work!

Top notch customer service!
Fedex completely dropped the ball getting my fish delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, he didnt make it after several days being shipped. iFish made it right and sent me another and luckily FedEx was on it. Excellent customer service and real people you can talk to! Very fast email responses as well. Would highly recommend!

Our records show that your order was placed on 12/28/25, not 12/24. As posted on our website prior to the holidays, 12/14 was the last day to order for delivery before Christmas, and all orders placed after that date were scheduled to begin shipping the week of January 5th due to carrier limitations and fish safety during the holiday period.
Your order was still well within our stated 7–10 business day processing timeframe at the time of your request.
That said, we fully understand your frustration, and as requested, we issued a full refund including shipping.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible with timelines and policies and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. We wish you the best moving forward.
