I love the loaded teas, the flavors are amazing and they keep me energized. I will recommend it to anyone. I have try most of their flavors.

This is the real thing and they stand behind their product. The flavors are fantastic and the price reasonable compared to everyone else. Gave me energy through the whole day - no after taste. Doesn't leave you feeling thirsty. You want more because it taste good. Definitely give it a try - you won't regret it.

I have never had such a great experience with any other company like this one! I had a slight issue with an order and contacted them about it and they responded almost immediately and wanted to fix it immediately and they did!! Wow! Other companies should learn from them!!!!

I can’t say enough about the stellar service I received. My order didn’t survive the trip to my home in Alaska and arrived damaged. Sadly, a lot of things shipped here are damaged in the mail, so this wasn’t unusual. I reached out to the folks at Loaded Tea and let them know. I wasn’t requesting a refund, I just wanted them to know. I am still stunned at the responses I received from Loaded Tea. They were quick to respond, apologetic, and even though this was beyond their control, they insisted on making it right. They replaced my order - free of charge!!! This experience is going to stay with me for a long, long time. BUY THEIR TEA!!!

The loaded tea shop’s customer service team is phenomenal. I had an issue with my package being delivered. I was on hold with the USPS postal service for over an hour trying to talk to a representative, just to be told there isn’t anything they can do, I need to reach out to the business I bought the items from, which is extremely annoying seeing as they are the ones that lost my package. I reached out to the loaded tea shop about my delivery issue and they responded right away. They took a frustrating situation and turned it completely around. Even though I haven’t had the opportunity to actually try the product yet, I am already impressed by their impeccable customer service and how much they actually care about our happiness. This alone will make me be a continued customer.

The teas are excellent! I have a sensitivity to caffeine, ordered the teas without paying attention to the caffeine content. When I saw they now have caffeine free teas, I reached out and they were very happy to send me the caffeine free teas! So beside the variety of awesome flavors, their customer service is unmatched! Where should I start?…. Im in love with this Loaded Tea shop..from the flavors..fast shipping and GOAT customer service….THIS SMALL BUSINESS I STAND BEHIND ONE BILLION %….i was on vacation for 3 weeks i had an order scheduled for 2 days after i left ..i had my mail held at PO while i was gone..I received an alert from Loaded Tea that they noticed my order had shipped and never been received? When i saw the inquiry/email/alert i was a bit concerned because i knew my order was being held at PO..i answered of course to stop any extra product being sent..until i got home and double checked with PO…i mean why would I accept a replacement for my order if it wasnt lost? THATS HOW CARING Loaded Tea customer service truly is …they keep track of shipping and delivery…nowadays you dont see that service/gratitude often THANKS AGAIN LOADED TEA…loving this batch ill be back again soon..THANKS..Debbie

I love these teas so much! I am totally addicted! My favorite is Coley Roley. The only thing that would make them better for me is if they had lower sodium.

I truly appreciate the personal attention and prompt responses to my questions and requests for assistance. Every flavor I've tried has been delicious—I started with six and have already ordered twenty more!

One pleasant surprise is that they provide a nice energy boost, so those who are sensitive to caffeine may prefer the caffeine-free options, which are also available.

This company is amazing!!!! 🤩 From time I placed my order to the time it arrived at my door I was kept abreast upon my order. The loaded tea flavor I chose Cupid shuffle wasamazing in flavor and the amount u get the on package @ 32oz is awesome. Great customer service and product will order again. I will not be ordering anymore energy drinks this stuff is awesome. Also NO CRASHING.

The Teas are second to none and taste FABULOUS. BUT, what's more important is the customer service....TOP NOTCH! I've reached out to customer service a couple of times with suggestions and 1 shipping issue. Both times my emails were met with integrity and replied to immediately with kind words, professionalism and gratitude. BEST IN THE BUSINESS IN MY OPINION

Fantastic customer service. They emailed me back in less than an hour and replaced my lost order without me even asking. Cannot wait to try this product! I love that there are no artificial colors, love that they have discounts periodically - I compared this company with other "loaded teas" when I ordered, before I ordered, and went with this one because their caffeine-free option and full ingredient disclosures (especially already having no artificial colors) are exactly what I'm after. Thank you, so so much!!!

I just received my tea and it’s absolutely amazing. The flavors are very good and you can control it with either more water or less water for sweeter or not so sweet. I also had some question for customer service and it was answered very quickly and very nicely . Customer service is exceptional ! I will order again and enjoy those teas.

I have purchased the sample package. 1 packet added to 32 oz of water. Well for me, I added to 64oz of water and its still sweet/strong tasting. So I'm gonna try half the packet to 64oz of water. If you like green tea you probably will like this.

This company goes above and beyond. I had a shipping issue and in less than 6 hours it was solved. I have made 5 or 6 orders and LOVE this product. I have not even craved pop in a month. Fantastic. The caffeine free tastes just as great as the originals. 100%support this company. I ordered once from the competitors and oh no not so yummy. Ill stick to The Loaded Tea Shop.

Love these teas!!! They have had me drinking more water during the day and keeping me full so as not to snack too much. There are so many varieties of flavor. They just started offering caffeine free which is even better for me because I can’t have caffeine after noon or I’ll be up all night. Gets me through the evening! Again, love these teas!! C. Long

Customer service is top notch. I've made a few orders and my third just wasn't arriving... (it hasn't). The company reached out to ME and re-sent the order which I got in a few days. As for the product, it has a TON of caffeine, so I'd advise to drink it little by little. I use a little of it to flavor my water and keep e energized throughout the day when I need it. The flavors are great, I have had no issues. A little goes a long way, which I also appreciate, because they are pricey!

The drinks are very flavorful and I like every flavor I have tried. They are easy to order. They are better for you than the store bought energy drinks and give you energy all day without the crash and the customer service is stellar!! Absolutely best customer service I had ever dealt with.
