The drinks are very flavorful and I like every flavor I have tried. They are easy to order. They are better for you than the store bought energy drinks and give you energy all day without the crash and the customer service is stellar!! Absolutely best customer service I had ever dealt with. Absolutely recommend them!! I have ordered 4 times so far. Fantastic drink and I only use half pack per drink and so good

I placed an order with The Loaded Tea Shop, but I received a differ variety of flavors than what I ordered. I sent an email to the company and they responded, the same day, on a holiday weekend even! They packed up the correct flavors that same day and shipped them out ASAP. I received them a few days later. The flavors taste great and I can’t wait to try the new ones! Thank you!

This is an amazing company!!! These Loaded teas have great taste and so many flavors with each one a unique taste!! My daughters and my husband try to steal my drinks all the time!!! So thankful I tried these! The customer service is even better than the taste. Response is quick and it is so easy to order!!! Finally found a legit company that is not trying to trick customers into buying or tying them to a monthly subscription!!! Try it you will thank me later!!!

I kept seeing the ads on Facebook so I decided to give it a try and loaded teas are amazing!! I am on GPL 1.. and the loaded teas help with the sugar cravings and also I feel absolutely wonderful drinking them and I drink a lot more water! The company is amazing and the people there are wonderful. I have a couple of my favorites believe it or not frog spit and a mermaid up there on top. Thank you for having such a wonderful product and their customer service like I said is amazing.!

I am in love with this loaded tea and the customer service! So many different flavors to chose from. It provides clean energy and a wonderful way for me to get my water intake daily which I was struggling with before trying the loaded tea. I've contacted customer service a few times and they are super prompt, helpful and courteous.

My Mom really wanted these so i got the bundle package to surprise her with but when it came and she opened it there was powder in the bag and the packets came damaged BUT!!! i emailed the loaded tea shop and they responded very fast and got everything fixed up for me and sent a new one! I’m really glad i ordered from them they’re the best ever!!!

Amazing Amazing customer service. The customer service of this company is why we need to keep small businesses in business. They accidentally sent me one wrong flavor and the one that I wanted was missing. Within 5 minutes they had messaged me back and had a new one on its way. May have been less than 5 minutes. I will always order from them and the tea is also delicious.

I truly love this tea, so flavorful fruity and colorful. I don’t do sodas and I don’t like the taste of water- I’ve used other brands of water flavors but found that they gave me heartburn. My husband enjoys all the fruity flavors, the teas give us energy without a sugar crash and these teas have nutrients I need.
