I would like to give some excellent feedback about Laurel McBurn, who was absolutely outstanding during my recent conversation with her. She was exceptionally friendly, professional and patient, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely comfortable throughout the conversation. I have dealt with banks many times over the years, but I can honestly say I have never felt so at ease speaking to someone from a bank before. Whether or not my loan application is successful, Laurel made a fantastic impression on me and deserves the highest possible recognition for her exceptional customer service

The mortgage application process was simple and easy to follow. Ernesta guided me through it fully making it very easy to understand. Ernesta was clear and always on time and polite.

Richard was excellent at explaining the entire process and our options. Everything was and he is able to build up a rapport very quickly.

Spoke to mark he was really helpful anything I didn’t understand he would go over with me really happy with the level of service I recived
