I would highly recommend Richard Buttling. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole mortgage process and made everything feel straightforward and much less stressful.

I had a financial adviser when I arranged my previous mortgage, but honestly, I really didn’t feel that I needed one this time around. Richard was knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions and explain things whenever I wasn’t sure about something.

He went above and beyond to help us get the mortgage sorted, and I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into it. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone looking for help with their mortgage.

Good customer service: smooth communication, prompt response, clear instructions and straight forward process of application.

I approached TMW for the first time because of its association with the Nationwide Group, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.

The advisor demonstrated a serious lack of knowledge, experience, and due diligence, appearing more focused on completing and submitting the application than properly understanding my circumstances. This resulted in wasted appointments, unnecessary delays, and significant frustration.

Even worse, the advisor was difficult to approach and unavailable when support was needed. Due to the lack of proper guidance and experience, I ultimately lost my property transaction and my credit score was impacted.

For such an important financial process, I expected far better professionalism and support. I would not recommend TMW based on my experience, sorry!!

Great helpfull

I cannot praise the service I received this morning enough. The young lady 'Lydia' who answered my call was not only incredibly polite but was able to answer my issue efficiently and effectively pointing me in the right direction and answering my questions perfectly.

She was able to look further into my request and investigate what I was asking for finding a solution and as far as I am concerned went above and beyond. She is an absolute testament to the firm and what customer service is all about. Thank you.
