The Personal Agent have been doing an excellent job in managing my property.
Just recently there was a small problem with some damp damage. This was dealt with quickly with a quote being issued immediately and the contractor being sent in promptly to carry out the work. Many thanks to Becky Moore at the Personal Agent for arranging this.

Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. I felt they communicated well with us as sellers, although we didn’t get enough feedback from viewings in general, but when we did have a successful viewing it was well communicated.
