Why isn't anyone getting back to me?? I've tried to contact you via my dashboard 5 times now and nobody has got back to me. I just get a message saying access your dashboard. Well I have numerous times but nobody responds.

Is this even a company? You log your concerns and sometimes you get a call back with Google information and never any real help. I cancelled my subscription for the 2nd year and they took £96 anyway. Would not reply to any messages via dash board. I would AVOID!!

This company isn't what I thought. Paid annual membership first time, accessed dashboard but no help offered. One year later they went to my card and took money. Same day I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. Sent several emails to different contacts but no response. I believe its my right to seek refund because I have NOT accessed DB or any of their services. This is a joke!!!! I need my 96£ refunded!!!! Its a shame everyone has similar problems with this company. Could it be a scam?

Got a phone call on Friday 17.05.24 from Carl. He was very understanding and supportive. An amicable settlement was reached and a refund will be made. Thanks Carl.

Worst company I ever dealt with no answers to bill board messages and you cannot get in touch with them ,when you finally need them they cancel your subscription,please join a proper union keep away from these.

Unprofessional

It was a very good book. Very emotional. I felt lifted into Jerico and was living the experience of the bookbinders. I was locked in their feelings and their experiences. She was very accepting of her lover.

Such a great experience whenever I have to get advice from them, friendly and will have a chat with you and actually seem to listen and have input into the chat. Have always been able to give me on advice on any issue I may have and explain things in simple terms too. Would strongly recommend them.

I jointed for 30 minutes on 21 May 2023. I realised I had made a mistake due to a health reason. I straight away cancelled the membership. This so called Union for Workers have ignored my emails and have taken £384 from my account. Lloyds Bank have tried to get it back , they refuse to pay it back.

They say on their site ‘get support now’ - & basically when you join, it’s all BS. Had a guy call me after I submitted a request for some advice via my dashboard after joining. I get a call 2 working days later while off on mental health sick leave because of issues ongoing at work and get taken through some long a$$ ID verification process to be told ‘we can’t help you, joining a union when you have a problem is akin to getting home insurance after you get burgled’. Nothing supportive there, a cold hearted ‘advisor’ just laughed while I was actually holding back tears on the phone then said ‘so what do you want us to do?’ I said ‘you already told me you can’t help’ & he said ‘I meant about your refund?’
What a heartless moron, not even signposting where I can get help, at least Unison does that. Anyway, have a full refund & zero support, but given many of the reviews I’ve seen, I’m glad I at least got that. Sounds like this is some dodgy way of someone making money, nothing worse than an inactive union that doesn’t do anything! I’d definitely not bother joining, especially if you’re going through a low period in life- I just figured I was paying for support, but get some snotty guy on the other end of the phone thinking his witty remarks were helpful. No empathy, or anything. Would do better getting a voice recording to make those kind of announcements, because the person I spoke to definitely didn’t have a heart.

The advice I got was very informative and cleared up all my issues with my current employer.

Fantastic help with issues I've had at work. Always had the same contact who built up a profile on me and could always point me in the right direction.

Last week I received a phone call from an unknown number. It was a Workers Union as he says Head of Legal Panel. Who contacted me regarding my negative review. I can't see where I went wrong because I didn't write anything else that other members already wrote in their negative reviews (I even copied everything from others). The gentleman started to threaten me with more consequences because I only stated the truth in my review, i.e. added the figures of the money that I paid, and after ten days when I couldn't get any help from them, I sent an email saying that I want to cancel my membership and for they charged me about £30 out of a total of £96.00.
I'm going to delete my review because my lawyer told me to until he checks some things about the Workers Union.

They were very quick to call me back and gentlemen was very polite and friendly and helpful.

I joined The Workers Union in August 2021. I received a reminder that my membership is due to be renewed. There is no telephone number to contact them. I have emailed The Workers Union and have had no response. I am very concerned since Companies House show them as a dormant company since March 2021. Another review said that they joined in 2018, however The Workers Union - which is not a union - is a company that was only formed in 2019. I think there are lots of fake positive reviews. The TUC have complained about this company.

It seems to be pointless emailing for a response as they do not answer. I have sent them my details but they haven't emailed me back. There is no phone number listed for this company. Be warned

I have had a terrible experience with the WORKERS UNION, tried to cancel the membership, no response, had the bank return the years membership fee, they now are paying the money back to the WORKERS UNION after they sent the bank some small print legal nonsense explaining how I had accessed the 'dashboard' therefore had used the service. They are a scam do not be a victim.
Gave them my details, still no reply, probably because they have no excuse or argument. (why would I want my money back if I didn't want to CANCEL ?)

I have had to contact on several occasions and have always been impressed by the speed of return of calls; quality of advice and friendly, supportive attitude.

Update: Dear Workers union. Thankyou for finally responding. I appreciate some one has actually looked at my account. As you state i have tried to access my account many times and request the refund but with out success. As i did write out the message to request the refund and i tried many times and I dont know why it has not gone through and as i did not recieve no response then i gave up. I would appreciate some sort of refund as i did not use your service and only wantef it for 1 month. I would appreciate if someone can look into it. Thankyou for your time.
