Hyatt Vacation Club Desert Oasis

Nice property. The bed was very comfortable. There was only one pool and guests "claimed" chairs in the shade early so often only chairs in the full sun were available. No restaurant on-site other than the pool bar, but a lot of restaurant options within a short car ride. Good hiking at Joshua Tree National Park.

Easy to Navigate and Responsive. The website is easy to navigate and set up personalized searches. Once we found what the one we wanted, the booking process was easy and efficient. ThirdHome were good at explaining the process and following up to ensure I was having good contact with the owner.

Wonderful home in Santa Barbara

The home was fantastic

The home was fantastic. The live in Margarita was nearly invisible until we needed her. It was fun to watch the golfers tee off out the back door, we had a front row seat. Walking down to the clubhouse was a nice 10 minute walk in the park. This is our 3rd stay at 3 different places in Valle de Vravo and honestly they have all been fantastic. We have yet to have a bad stay.

I have been using Third Home for years…

I have been using Third Home for years and it works flawlessly. I have always had prompt and error free service from the company itself. But I really don't need to interact with them too often, as they make the process very smooth and automated. I have had an easy time coordinating w/ other home owners and we have enjoyed some of our most memorable trips with Third Home as it takes us to places we may not have visited, were it not offered on Third Home. This company provides my family an amazing way to see the world, and maximize the value of our second home. Two Thumbs UP!

It doesn't make sense to sign up

It doesn't make sense to sign up. I had to give up three weeks of my home and pay all the cleaning for three different families, over $1000. There is also limited availability and they charge over $1200 to stay for the week. Include the $300 membership and I have to give up three weeks of my home to three different families and pay over $2500 to stay somewhere else for one week that isn't as nice. How does that make sense. Include the cost of the house, pool cleaning, utilities now you're down nearly $10K for a one week vacation... :(

This was our 1st time using Third home…

This was our 1st time using Third home and we had a wonderful experience from booking the trip to utilizing the property. Both my husband and I said it exceeded our expectations.
We'd had a couple of questions on the trip that we reached out through email and they were very prompt with the response.
We can't wait to use our next Third home in September and discuss how we'll be able to utilize more during retirement.
Also, love the daily emails with current locations that are keyless.

Our stay at the house in Muro Leccese…

Our stay at the house in Muro Leccese was simply incredible. The property is spacious, extremely comfortable, impeccably well-equipped, and beautiful in every detail.
The location is a major highlight: set in a quiet and charming town, perfect for relaxing, yet strategically positioned to explore the surrounding region.
The house is ideal for both groups of friends and families, as it offers privacy, with well-separated bedrooms, while also providing common areas that create special moments together, whether around the table, outdoors, or by the pool.
Without a doubt, a memorable experience that we highly recommend!

ThirdHome offered so many amazing…

Timber lodge was in a great location

Timber lodge was in a great location, with gondola steps away. Nice pool and multiple hot tubs. Unfortunately, we were on 5th floor and could not use elevator for multiple days. Also, we wanted to rent bikes and asked the concierge. They referred us to a place miles away, when there was a place, literally 100ft away, where we had our skies waxed. Don't understand how 2 people at concierge desk didn't know.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the elevator. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially staying on the 5th floor, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We’re also sorry for the confusion surrounding the bike rental recommendation. This is not the level of service we expect from concierge staff, and we appreciate you highlighting this for us.

Booking process was very easy

Booking process was very easy. No unanticipated charges or delays. In fact, we had an earlier check in than we had anticipated. The room was great, the view from the balcony was great, and the stars were spectacliar.
