Great show, exactly as expected, and the ticket purchase process was easy and seamless.

As always ticket delivery is immediate and so many and varied experiences are offered

My first time going to the ballet and it was fabulous. Not only was the performance amazing so was Sydney State theatre, the interior of that building was stunning. I was in Sydney for a holiday from Cairns and the ballet was definitely a highlight of my trip.

The process was slightly laggy but i was able to get a vip ticket to my favourite band and had an absolute blast at the concert. Thank you ticketmaster for hosting the sales for The Rose.

A must see show, Entertained from start to end. The opera singing was a perfection an such a pleasure to listen to. All cast were in character no matter what was going on and the acrobatics was astounding talent and amazing skills and strengths. The violinist was suburb and the Matter hadder was a great character and very funny with the whole performance had so much energy. Great for the kids and adults.
The venue was good with easy to get to with public transport enjoyed every monment.

Easy process to booking and greatly appreciate the follow messages regarding the concert.

We were travelling from the UK and booked to see the Rugby in Brisbane. I fractured my hip and our Oz trip was cancelled. Couldn’t easily find how/if I could get a refund. Finally got in a chat with Zak and explained our situation, although it took a while they agreed to refund us completely. Thank you Ticketmaster

Hi I tried to request a refund for 1 ticket to the show, as I accidentally purchased 2 by mistake.
I messaged Ticketmaster the morning of the show and spoke to the bot!
They advised unfortunately not able to do, I could give to friend etc.
I do didn’t realise till last month minute that I had 2 different seats, you can see only one was scanned on entry.

I bought the 2nd one thinking I didn’t get a email from Ticketmaster confirming my first ticket!
Do i tried again!

I do use Ticketmaster regularlyso would like to be considered for a refund please.

My purchase was done on Afterpay, if you would consider advising them to cancel my payments please.

Usually always enjoy my experiences and don’t have any problems purchasing tickets.

I know this is partly my mistake and I will make sure I check all avenues before buying again !!

We had a wonderful experience except there where no areas for additional needs people a small area that was calmer would have been nice

Iam not an Elvis fan, my partner is. After seeing the performance , it was life changing, would go back and see it again. I sat there and tried to compare it to other performances and DIANA ROSS, was all I could think of.It was amazing, Lighting,music etc. and most of all the back drops of the real ELVIS that brought it to life.

Buying tickets was easy. Getting a reminder on my phone about the event was helpful because i just got back from holidays and had forgotten. Venue was great. Quick entry. Fantastic show.
