Love the easy way of booking tickets through the app. Loved the venue, it’s all and intimate. Midge Ure was awesome and still sounds on point after all these years.

The booking process was certainly not smooth. I first booked 4 tickets then when it came to payment, it disappeared from my cart. I then had to start again and those seats were no longer available and so had to book seats next to it. I wanted the aisle seat because of my knee which needed to be stretched.
Then I realised that there were no seniors concession tickets. Why is that? Very disappointed.

The show was fantastic! The seats were good, however, walking up the long winding ramp was not the greatest. We have a child who has low muscle tone and long distance walking ontop of an incline pretty much wiped him out for the night and the next day. Although I can appreciate it's an old stadium compared to the new ones of today maybe an escalator or thereabouts option would be good for these kinds of situations as we had no idea when tickets were bought this was the only option to get up there. Prices are also expensive considering the drinks weren't cold.

The Monster Jam show itself was amazing and definitely the highlight of the event! The Pit Party was alright as well, although I would have loved to see more activities for children. I understand that Monster Jam is not necessarily a children-centred event, but given how many families attend with young kids, having more kid-friendly activities would make the experience even better.

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of the event organisation. During entry, the barcode scanning machines did not seem to work properly, and the staff at the gates appeared unprepared to handle the technical issues. What made the experience worse was hearing customers being told that they were slow, when the entry system itself was causing delays. There also seemed to be confusion between barcode scanning and tap-to-enter access, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

My biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of accessible baby-changing facilities and suitable parent rooms. For an event that attracts so many families with babies and toddlers, it is disappointing that changing facilities and toilets do not adequately accommodate parents who need to change their children’s nappies. Family-friendly facilities should be a basic consideration when hosting an event of this size.

Overall, the incredible Monster Jam performance made up for some of the disappointment, but not all of it. The show was fantastic, and I am glad we got to experience it. However, better entry management, more helpful and well-informed staff, and improved facilities for parents with young children would make this an even better experience for families.

The entertainment deserves praise, but the event organisation and family amenities definitely need improvement.

Honestly a waste of money. The technical difficulties with the monster trucks was VERY frustrating, the track was causing a lot of slipping. More than half the show was watching tow trucks pull up the trucks that had fallen over. There were a few WOW moments but mostly waiting for action.
The trucks did the same tricks, same styles and not much else. The time wasn’t great either. So many small children at the show and it went on into the late evening. Disappointed and won’t be back.

The ticket purchase was easy and the seats reserved reflected that of the venue seating map. The entire event was enjoyable. Benefits include being able to use my phone to save the tickets. The only downside was the way I had to click in and out of tickets to get the QR code for each ticket. I could not swipe to the next QR code easily.

Had an issue downloading tickets that eventually resolved after I deleted and reinstalled the app. Sadly once I tried to get the tickets on the app at the venue the app said I didn’t have any tickets to the event. Luckily had saved them to apple wallet.
When I tried to get the pre ordered merchandise they were not able to access the app or Apple wallet. Needed to go into the email sent by ticket master and upload the voucher that way so I could collect what we had pre ordered

I got a VIP pass, and it was honestly the best VIP experience I've ever had!

My son is a big fan of Monster Jam and he made this trip all the way from China. Despite of being a six year old, he knows more than me. Finally he found out the shell of the trucks is not paper. Bought the son-uva digger and got signature on the socks from Ryan Anderson. He said totally be satisfied this time.

Easy booking process and ticket delivery

Great show, exactly as expected, and the ticket purchase process was easy and seamless.

As always ticket delivery is immediate and so many and varied experiences are offered

My first time going to the ballet and it was fabulous. Not only was the performance amazing so was Sydney State theatre, the interior of that building was stunning. I was in Sydney for a holiday from Cairns and the ballet was definitely a highlight of my trip.

The process was slightly laggy but i was able to get a vip ticket to my favourite band and had an absolute blast at the concert. Thank you ticketmaster for hosting the sales for The Rose.

A must see show, Entertained from start to end. The opera singing was a perfection an such a pleasure to listen to. All cast were in character no matter what was going on and the acrobatics was astounding talent and amazing skills and strengths. The violinist was suburb and the Matter hadder was a great character and very funny with the whole performance had so much energy. Great for the kids and adults.
The venue was good with easy to get to with public transport enjoyed every monment.

Easy process to booking and greatly appreciate the follow messages regarding the concert.
